  1. Coal Miners Glove refference in a Jake Roberts thread. My life is now complete. (feeds self to an Anaconda) LMAO. I knew there was some connection between the two, but I just couldn't see the obvious. And it's great to know that FrigidSoul is now the official TSM snake expert.

I am starting to lose touch with Metal......

Unearth is perfectly acceptable, but I'd rather listen to something else. Lately I've been having the same metal burn out, and am now pickier about what new stuff I get into. I heard stuff from the new Tiamat and God Forbid albums and they are both reccommended.

    Thrash metal

really...Viking metal is more based on lyrical content. Every Amon Amarth song is about Vikings and fighting and all that cool stuff.
  4. And do you know about this from personal experience?

    Thrash metal

I love Amon Amarth. I kinda consider them more Viking death metal, but I do see a little thrash in them.

    UK metal bands

Carcass is amazing. I am a Mike Amott mark, though. Cathedral is entertaining, and I know many people here stateside who like Paradise Lost and Napalm Death. And I don't understand why people like Cradle at all.

    Getting back into comics

I always think about picking up Rising Stars TPB's. I love what Stracynski is doing with Amazing Spidey, so I guess RS would be great too.

    Wrestling Link Game....

and they were a large number of wrestlers that on and off would turn to Heenan for guidance, much like what Raven had with his NEST
  10. So from that article, I take it he lives in the UK now?

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

Definitely. It's ridiculous how that team has fallen apart this season.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

AK-47 and Carlos Arroyo aren't "White", Sir... Also, what would being "White" have anything to do with it ? And yes, I can see Keith Van Horn in a Boston Celtics Uniform. AK's Russian. How is he not white?

Jim Ross SPEAKS on Talent Firings

    Agreed. That was great.

    Thrash metal

Devy mostly shreds and stuff. When he does solo, its nothing amazing and not the most memorable part of the song. SYL's beauty is their all over ness and layered bizarre sound.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

Even though KVH is better statwise, I think that the Knicks wanted Thomas was because he's more athletic. Either that or they can sell the same merch they do for Kurt for him.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

I like it. I'm just a mark for the playoffs.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

Yeah, but their two white stars are good . I have nothing against KVH, but I don't want to see him in a Jazz uniform. I like the team too much for that.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

At least the game was fairly close.

    Oh Hell yeah

Didn't see Sparta. They're okay. The rest suck. My friend saw Sparta, and leading up to their concert, he swore by them. After he saw them, he never mentioned them again and said it was the worst concert ever.

    Thrash metal

That is an amazing album. That and In Flames' Clayman are two of the greatest albums in the Swedish metal era.

    Wrestling Link Game....

who shares the last name with psychic legend GARY SPIVEY

    Thrash metal

The Haunted shows a lot of thrashiness in it.

    The Daredevil Movie

It'll be pretty hard for Spidey 2 to be better than the first one. I am anxiously waiting it.

    Marvel vs. DC

I know it wasn't to the death, but in a fight of such importance (one's universe collapsing and dissappearing forever), Lobo certainly wouldn't want to be shown up.
  25. Steviekick

    Marvel vs. DC

Yeah, but the whole point of the Marvel vs. DC was practically to the death. They were fighting to keep their universe alive.
