I noticed his lovefest towards Shaq. I also think that ABC (and ESPN's) NBA coverage this season is much better than last year.

Didn't the NBA buy out the ABA at some point?

DKSA (The Dark Knight Strikes Again or DK2) is the almost universally hated sequel to DKR (The Dark Knight Returns). Think of it as the comic book equivalent of WrestleCrap. It was also crushed thanks to an insane amount of hype and a decade's worth of anticipation.

and TITO SANTANA (and the Ultimate Warrior, too) had the most WWF IC reigns during that time: 2.

And he won PCW's 2000 Russ Haas Memorial Tag Tournament with CHARLIE HAAS

I'm more of a fan of the story telling psychology than the latter definition of it. I'm forgiving of blown spots and such as long as the match as a whole is coherent.

which is another one of the many NJ based indie promotions, like PHOENIX CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING

Eighteen Vision's song should be good. They are my favorite hardcore/screamo band/

You'll love the end where it's all revealed that the entire series has just been the delusional fantasy of Jesse Custer. Really? I've only read random issues. So that was how it ended?

which he won over NICK MONDO

It's ok...your love of SF is equal to my love of God Forbid.

I kinda agree with Raven on this one. No matter how great the match is, if the crowd isn't into it then the match doesn't seem as special. Rock/Hogan at WM XVIII isn't necessarily a great match, but the fact that they had the live audience eating out of their hands and waiting on every move definitely made the match much better to watch. Bah, only if you were actually there to see it does it make that much of an impression on you or the match. I suppose if you turn the volume waaaaaay up on your television set the crowd will influence the viewing of the match, but it's hardly powerful otherwise. I know what you mean, but great audience involvement really makes a match stick out. You can tell that something is getting over by how the crowd responsds to it.

who taught HAKUSHI how to be cool

Too bad Lamb Of God is from NYC, eh? God Forbid is the Mass metal band, I do believe. I say this with a memory of somebody saying (I believe it was actually Brian Fair during the Shadows Fall set) that three of the four bands on the Worcester card for the Headbanger's Ball tour were from Massachusetts. But hey, either way, the Northeast has been cranking out greatness in metal and wrestling a lot recently. Lamb of God rocks out of VA. God Forbid is actually from the great state of New Jersey.

Reconstruction was put out by Cleopatra Records and all they do is put out lame industrial tribute CDs. I have it to. I do like the KMFDM "My Michelle"

Preacher/current Punisher writer is Garth Ennis, and I'm pretty sure he's from Ireland. That would explain the 'point' thing.

If Angle's in-ring career is over, I definitely see Goldberg staying around for a while.

who is only half as cool as his New Dangerous Alliance tag team partner C.W. ANDERSON

Agreed. DKSA was not really terrible, it just really looked inferior when compared to the original. It didn't help that Miller's art was really whacked out looking either.

Goldust starting 2003 at the top of Raw and being released at year's end.

It's another generic compilation of hardcore bands...but I will pick it up. Unearth, God Forbid, and DEP are amazing.

and according to RVD from Raw two weeks ago, "he may not be a coward"

"No more presents" is a terrible song. I do enjoy playing it in the car during the summer to upset passengers though.
