HHH Gone Until The Royal Rumble!

They should at least have the sense to reasonably write him out of Raw, his dissappearance is totally going to kill the Evolution thing, especially Orton. It's gonna take a whole lot more than hanging out with Flair to get him over.

    Damn you Stephanie!

The real reason Stevie Night Heat was because HHH wants to do occasional appearances on the sunday show and to call it Sunday Night HHHeat. This is on the same level as Bischoff complaining about Jericho getting himself over as CW champion and talking about how he's better than Goldberg.

OMG...those all could have been amazing.
  5. from blabbermouth.net .... SOULFLY: The Tribe Goes Bust - Sep. 22, 2003 SOULFLY mainman Max Cavalera has officially parted ways with the rest of his band — bassist Marcello D. Rapp, drummer Roy Mayorga, and guitarist Mike Doling. According to informed sources, the mass exodus was prompted by the firing of Rapp by Max and SOULFLY manager Gloria Cavalera (Max's wife), which in turn led Mayorga and Doling to quit in protest. Cavalera is said have already launched a search for replacement musicians with a view towards beginning work on the band's fourth album, tentatively due next summer through Roadrunner Records. It is not presently clear if SOULFLY's previously announced live appearances at the end of September — including Thursday's (September 25) gig at the Whiskey A-Go Go in Hollywood, California and Saturday's (September 27) appearance at the D-Low (Dana Wells) Memorial Show in Tempe, Arizona — will go ahead as scheduled or if they will be completely scrapped. ----- This sounds like total and utter craziness. Their drummer Roy is amazing and made seeing them live really good. It's so odd that Rapp was fired, since Max has known him for a long time; he was a bass tech for Sepultura. I wonder what kind of replacements will be made to the band. You would like to think that Max and Sepultura would have enough sense to go for a reunion tour or something....it'll take Max a while to put out a decent enough lineup to record an album/tour to support it, and despite all Derrick Green's improved vocals, "Roorback" wasn't that good of an album.

  12. I think the Rock has to use 'the Rock' as his name while he's under WWE contract. They get a licensing fee for using him. Once he goes out on his own he'll propably go with just the Duane Johnson. Hopefully he'll get enough money to buy 'the Rock' name/gimmick.

    Pitbull Anthony Durante Dead

I always thought that the Pitbulls were cool, and it saddens me that he died as wrecklessly as he did. I really feel bad for his children, as I'm sure they are going to be scarred for life. I wish I still had my polaroid with the pitbulls.... RIP Anthony Durante..

    Wrestling Essay

Make sure you can find ways to acknowledge wrestling's impact before the 80s, as it did especially with early television programming.
  16. I think it's because wrestlers get this complex that they're living their gimmick to some extent. The way Gibson is presented when he does a movie is that it's him starring as someone else. Except in wrestling its just Undertaker and you are supposed to believe that there is no such person as Mark Calloway. Because he's only presented as 'Taker in the public, he'd rather be identified by that.

    Dave Grohl's metal project

The samples sound entertaining, though i won't buy it unless it's cheap or used (or both). Nothing amazing, but it seems like it will be a great listen. I though Max Cavalera was dropping some vocals on it.

    They're Back!

I've always loved the F4 characters, but I hated the series due to poor writing/art through the 90s. However, the Waid run was great and I'm glad that it's back and in effect.

    They're Back!

This is awesome...I have a reason to read F4 again... here's the Newsarama article with Mike's weblog... AID & WIERINGO BACK ON FF - INDEFINITELY One of the biggest creative changes in recent memories has just apparently had a turnaround. Posting on his weblog, former Fantastic Four penciller Mike Wieringo has announced that he and Mark Waid are back on the series. Wieringo’s blog entry reads: And they say you can't go home again. Well, I'm VERY happy to be able to announce that I'm going to be BACK as the regular penciler on FANTASTIC FOUR as of issue #509-- working with my buddy Mark Waid. That's right, we're back as the creative team of the World's Greatest Comic Magazine. Well, Mark will have never really have left in the first place, but you get my drift. I'm not going to speculate on the reasons why things have turned out the way they have. It's been a very strange (almost) four months since the whole "Mark Waid firing" incident-- but all I CAN say is that I'm very glad that things have turned out the way they have. I'm back working on one of the greatest books I've every worked on, with one of the greatest writers in comics. And working for Tom Brevoort-- one of the finest, best editors in this business. So, at the end of the day, things are back to being the way they were-- only better. And that's just fine with me. I'm ready to get back to work! Mike The revelation by the artist apparently means that, despite assertions by DC’s Dan Didio that Waid and ‘Ringo would be working on a DC project together, plans with Marvel’s rival have fallen through. It is also unclear what this means for the formerly announced new Fantastic Four creative team of Roberto Francisco Aguirre-Sacasa and Steve McNiven. Marvel was not immediately available for comment .

    Here's a what-if scenario

and in the horror after the 911 double choke slam he'd grab the microphone and talk about he took this wedding to the extreme. Then Vince would be so happy that his daughter and her hhhusband to be wouldn't destroy the company and everyone lived happily ever after.
