Wow...you're mom rocks. Overall that is such a weak line up.

I don't consider Beck to be overrated. His first two albums were REALLY good, and then he turned to crap after that. The first two albums were deservent of all the praise they received, but the rest of his discography was weak and was called on that.

Alright, I've stayed away from this thread long enough and have finally gotten a copy of it. When I read it through the end and saw Jason Todd at 3am last night, I said a very audible "What the fuck?" I'm kind of partial to the idea that Batman is hallucinating due to Scarecrow's fear drugs. As for Hush, I still have a feeling it's Tommy Elliot. If you remember the flashbacks that were of Tommy and Bruce as kids, it was Tommy who seemed to more admire Bruce's dad. In his world, Bruce is the imposter son. Yes. Tommy is a sick man.

That really looks like it's going to suck. The only band I'd want to see is PM5K. But not worth $20 to do so.

That reminds me of the Ready to Rumble cage

That sums up pretty much what Primus is.

Who is the most overated... The Tragically Hip: I couldn't remember who they were, so it can't be them. Radiohead: Everyone likes to talk about them and acts like they are musical geniuses. Instead, they remind me of the Strokes: a band that rips off stuff other acts have been doing for years and gets credited with being visionary. U2: They may have gone through many phases in their career, but they have consistently had albums that sold well and tours that have done well. Weezer: Absence made them more popular when they returned with the "Green Album". However, people soon remembered that they weren't that special...aside from a Muppet video, "Maladroit" really didn't make an impact. Nirvana: One word: Martyrdom. But they did seem to tear it up just fine while Cobain was alive. Tool: A decent band. Luckily they haven't overexposed themselves over the years. Pearl Jam: A decent band. Unfortunately they have overexposed themselves over the years. Metallica: Very good and influential in the beginning. Now they're just riding the coat tails of their success. Pink Floyd and Led Zepplin: both of these bands received their due in their hay-day. Thanks to an endless supply of re-released material, their legacies have been tarnished. MOST OVERRATED: Radiohead.

Now THAT would be cool. Have Kane wind up being incarcerated/committed to an asylum for a month or so, only to have Heyman get him out. Kane would get a new look, and things would be great.

I just saw the end of the women's match, and I didn't think it was that bad. Most of the women's matches have been fun to watch, but who really expects to see Flair/Steamboat out of them?
-
I agree with Choken One. Kane is much more complex than Goldberg, thanks to his evolving character. He's greatly changed since he debuted back in 97. Goldberg remains static, just a monster. All he can do is beat people, and that is it.

who is not related to ROBERT GOULET (Link off that...I dare you..) seriously, who was suggested to start using the Claw as a finisher by DUSTY RHODES
-
Agreed. They should stick him with the Miracle Jobber Connection (Cade/Jindrak)

If you liked Preacher, you might want to look into The Punisher: Welcome Back Frank TPB since its done by the same people as well as Fury which is extremely similar in tone. I would also recomend the Alan Moore America's Best Comics series with Top Ten, League of Extrodinary Gentlemen and Tom Strong. DO NOT GET FURY. THE PUNISHER is comic book neo-noir with tons of language and violence, but still maintains a good story with tons of villains. Fury is an exercise in stupidity and was made seemingly for the sole purpose to say the F word a lot. It's drivel. As is 90% of the Marve MAX line, stick with Vertigo, you'll be happier.l I actually thought Fury was quite good. I enjoyed it.

Booker deserves better. I hope he takes time off to get healthy again and to make a return. This still makes Christian look like a weak champion. Not many saw the title change, and he's looked really weak in his other matches against Booker. They should have had the title stripperd, and Xian go over someone on Raw to make him more credible.
-
Now that doesn't make any sense. Maybe it's one of those phantom changes...

and while they fought Sting they feuded/recruited the KISS DEMON

It did help get mainstream attention though

I guess. I've just never been able to get into Slayer.

That sounds very plausible. Mikey Whipwreck took a similar amount of concussions as well. Getting back to X-Pac, that would explain why his high flying vanished

I'm starting to think more about TPB's than monthly issues. They're cheaper and I can enjoy the whole story arc at once. I'll never flat out abandon comic books, but for some stuff I'd just rather get the trade.
-
I can imagine it now... "Go-oh-oh, go-oh-oh, go-oh (each one said higher than previous one) Power rangers (sung with gang vocals) and then a really cool piano solo over typical Strato-riffs.

Heat would be *slightly* more watchable if they got rid of all the recapping of Raw. What usually happens on Sunday is I'll watch a match, change the channel during a recap, and never get back to it. I'd say continue to recap it just because. Not that I read it, but someone will prolly eventually want to read a recap of it sometime.

I'm pretty sure they're releasing a DVD with all their videos on it. I can't wait for that.
