Tommy Dreamer's hair makes him look like a larger Gabe Kaplan.

It's somewhere in the middle. Vote what your bias tells you.

That would be awesome. I'm sure it would pull in ratings close to what ECW is getting and it would be really cheap to produce.
-
Huh? Never heard about this, what happened? Apparently he had one too many public displays of affection with Maria.
-
I really like Punk, but he's not at the point where you could have him be ECW's champion. He is already over with the crowd, and waiting to put the belt on him will only build him into a stronger character. More character development will only help him in the long term. The fact that he main evented in ROH doesn't mean he should have an express route to a prominent WWE position.

UTSU, I think that's the first time I ever heard someone have that much dislike for Ordway's Shazam book. I too voted for Deathstroke, because he flat out kicks that much ass. The one thing about this whole thing that saddens me is the lack of love that Spider-Woman is getting.

Weren't most of Piper's losses coming from disqualifications and such? -
Ethan Van Sciver's art is very hit-or-miss for me, but hot damn that's an awesome picture.

Now that made me laugh, especially the visual of Lobo pissing on Ghost Rider.

I believe so. -
That and their other dark secret.... .

Calling them whiny and pretentious is the best description I can give of them. Living in NJ, I've wound up seeing them way too many times and I've realized that there is nothing much to that band. Their audience really is moody teenage girls who want to listent to loud music just because they want to impress guys. I do, however, have a soft spot for Glassjaw.

Cool to hear that they are offering your job back. I'm assuming you didn't leave on bad terms, right?

WWE General Discussion for June 2007
Steviekick replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
It's funny, because it's obvious by both his name and the whole sXe thing about his character (not just his personal life) that he's into hardcore punk. That just goes without saying. They should take a look at shirts for hardcore punk bands and go "okay...now replace this band logo with the words 'CM PUNK,' replace this grainy black & white picture with one of him," and then maybe change the tour dates on the back to dates of his victories thus far in the company. Fuck, I think I could come up with a better CM Punk shirt just ripping off a Hatebreed shirt, or even the classic Crimson Ghost Misfits shirt (I think that'd actually be pretty cool). A simple black tee, white silhouette of Punk's face and the arms doing the X, voila: CM Punk merch. ...for what it's worth, the second shirt is the least awful. A Crimson Ghost styled CM Punk shirt would be awesome. I could get behind that. -
How much do you respect your dog/cat?
Steviekick replied to Twisted Intestine's topic in General Chat
My dog would always sit on the couches, but would always get up and leave if I went to sit on the other side of the sofa. I guess she was paranoid or something. -
If Cuban wants to sue him for breach of contract, I can understand. But to say that Nelson used confidential secrets that he used to win the playoff series is insane. One can only hope that the judge handling this would throw it out.

Not trying to sound unsympathetic, but Monsoon's death wasn't one of the saddest days in wrestling history. I can think of a good ten off the top of my head. According to wiki, he stopped appearing on television in 1997 and eventually died of heart failure, so I'm assuming that it was due being so large throughout his life. I would also guess that he propably had some other cardiac problems, possibly high blood pressure, heart attack, etc.

Green Lantern: Sinestro Corps Special #1
Steviekick replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in Literature
That does look cool, but I'm still not liking the whole Parallax as a nasty yellow bug subplot. Is that the Anti-Monitor in the Wizard picture? -
Speaking of the Hummer. I thought what the E should have done is have a white Hummer come out and ram the hell out of the limo and leaves and THEN the limo blows up. But then everyone would suspect Bischoff. I don't think they give WWE their fans enough credit to remember that.

Even though it was too run-in heavy, I did enjoy Impact this week. At least it was something different.

I enjoy that. For some reason, I'm very entertained by awful covers.
