That really bums me out, especially since I was debating and wound up passing on going to a UWF show in Philly this past weekend that was going to be headlined by Dudleys/Steiners. I do want to see this match and I hope TNA reschedules it for later. Either that or TNA could do some smart booking and say that the Dudleys took out Scott to start their heel turn.

As much as I dislike San Antonio, they really are much better than the Cavs. I only home Lebron can make this series competitive enough to make it watchable.

Holy crap! I recognize these from my childhood! Were they comics or toys? I cannot even recall the names... They were called Dino-Riders.
-
For their sake, I hope they don't wind up pissing off Spike. How would that effect the status of guys that Spike is paying for like Sting and Angle?

Tomko is definitely getting over with the crowd. All they need is a spectacular face turn, whether he turns against Christian or gets royally screwed over/beatdown ala Abyss.

Arch Enemy - 'Symphony of Destruction'

Six Feet Under committed this to record in the most ill-conceived and poorly-excecuted cover song in the history of music. It's entertainingly awful. Definitely a must listen.

Sorry to hear this. My parents kind of did the same thing; our dog was sick and getting worse, and I came home to find out that she passed/they put her to sleep (they still haven't exactly said what happened). Dogs are awesome because they love/are loyal to you just because your part of their family.

Just as long as they don't name it the Stars/z. I don't want anymore ABA/WNBA flashbacks.

I don't get why the Lakers would want to keep Kobe in their own division. I'd think they'd want to send him to the Eastern Conference just for the sake of not having to potentially deal with him in the playoffs.
-
I think Kobe is going to wind up staying with the Lakers and a lot of the front office is going to wind up changing. I'd trade Odom for Gasol in a heartbeat. Gasol doesn't want to be in Memphis anymore and his skill set is different enough to not stifle Bynum and even Kwame's development. That and I would trade Radmanovic for a bag of sand or a servicable point guard.

I don't think they existed when I was a freshman. I feel old. I don't think they existed until I was a sophomore in college.

John Cena FU's Vince McMahon at Indy Show
Steviekick replied to iliketurtles's topic in The WWE Folder
Wow. I would have never thought Vince would show up at an indie show. Combine that and how entertaining he's been so far, this has been a banner year for him. -
It's the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. Anyway, good luck on the test. Eventually you'll find your career niche.

I wouldn't flat out say that Cash's releases on American were flat out cashing out. I'd say it was more of a vanity project for Rubein to work with Cash and it seems to have worked out well for both parties.

I'm liking the new belts, but the new world title looks a lot like the old WWF winged belt.
-
Agreed. The WWE divas are far too numerous and interchangeable.

I'm slightly curious about this album due to Rick Rubin producing it. I would consider going to Projekt Revolution only to see Mindless Self Indulgence and Placebo though.

Suggest some Graphic novels and Trade Paperbacks
Steviekick replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Literature
Just read the main Civil War book by Millar and McNiven. It's a much easier and rewarding read than a lot of the supplemental books. -
Countdown looks very promising. I am a bit more intersted in it than I was in 52, but that's mainly because I'm a Dini mark.

The latest from Grant Morrison's drugged up mind
Steviekick replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in Literature
I have enjoyed what I've read of the last arc Grant's done. This really looks like it's going to be very enjoyable or downright awful though. -

Dan Slott's She-Hulk run has been a really fun read, although some might get turned off with some of the more obscure references. -
My thoughts and prayers go to the Jarrett family.
-
I'd say he looks more like Scott Ian of Anthrax.
-
My sympathies to the Jarretts...
