That's the same thing I'm thinking/feeling.

This is mighty depressing. I think I'm just giong to flip watch it. I really don't think I can take 2 hours of it being depressing.
-
They'll propably have more tribute pieces on Smackdown than Raw...more time to get video and do an awesome job.
-
Chavo rules. They've claimed my attention for both shows now.
-
I think in someways its to soon to bring up steroids, especially after the company's trial in the mid 1990s. I'm sure there PR people were cringing when they realized that Vince and Chavo were going to have to go out and give a press conference.
-
Another thing I just thought of is how this is going to mess with SD's ratings, as they keep mentioning how SD does very well with Latin American audiences.
-
I'm hoping the Jazz can beat the Knicks, but NY is due for a win any game now...

You cant be serious. Hes getting more pops over at RAW than Cena is! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's one of the main reasons I would see WWE moving Angle back. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There keeping Angle on Raw. Eventually we'll get heel HHH vs. face Angle. Trust me.

Rey would be a terrible choice for world champion. Whenever he fights someone bigger than Benoit, it seems like a novelty.
-
The worst part about this is how I've pretty much spent the whole day online reading about this. It's amazing how someone that you never met can have such an effect on you.
-
I just watched the press conference, and Chavo is coming across as a hell of a nice guy. I have a lot of respect for him.
-
I think Chavo is going to get a huge sympathy reaction just like the Naturals got after Candido died.

The Test deal is suppossed to be a one or few shot deal right? I don't have to worry about seeing him and Hoyt on a consistent basis, right? RIGHT? I can't handle two of those assclowns in a one hour show. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If Test and Hoyt are in the same building at the same time, the world will end as we know it. It's like combining matter with anti-matter. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Will Kevin Nash be at the show? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well if all three of them are there at the same place, it'll look like in Crisis of Infinite Earths when all the different Supermans converge on the same point.

Wikth Batista's history, I really seeing himself reinjuring himself.
-
I have a feeling that SD is only going to get worse. They have a fair share of semi-talented wrestlers on that show, but with Stephanie at the helm, I really doubt her and the current writing team would have the talent to make it work.
-
Booker/Benoit would be a good way to go, especially if Benoit is only going to be around till than anyway. Booker with both the Big Gold Belt and the US Title is a nice visual homage to when he debuted in WWE with both.
-
To a certain extent, since SD is now so messed up in terms of main eventers, I could see them trying to renegotiate with Jericho again, being that he left on good terms and more or less is taking a break from wrestling.
-
If you see them getting rid of Snitsky, than I think they might dump Tomko as well.

This is my thought on how Eddie's passing will effect the company. Benoit won't resign with WWE. I think this will be a huge warning sign to him...his idol is crippled and his best friend died because of the life of being a pro-wrestler. Obviously, he is still passionate about the business, and the lighter work schedule (and the fact that it is closer to home being that he lives in Atlanta) makes TNA look like a much better environment for him, he gets to spend more time with his family. As far as money is concerned, even if he is getting paid less he can make the every now and then appearance over in Japan. And I really don't see him as the type of guy who would have blown through all the money he made in his career. I say the World Champion should go to JBL, as much as it kills me to admit it. He's the best heel on SD and the roster is mighty weak to begin with. Have him kill time with a continuation of his feud with Rey Mysterio, and as soon as RVD is cleared to wrestle again have him return to Smackdown. Yeah, I know he was traded to Raw, but its been such a long time no one would notice.

Chavo is definitely dropping the Kerwyn Gimmick after this.
-
I bet the Spectre and Corrigan meeting up will have something to do with the new DC retcon...
-
I was thinking the same. Hopefully they will get some more Eddie related content up there as the day(s) go by.
-
I think they have a Euro tour or something coming up.

Wow. RIP Eddie.
