I'd say that Iron Man's ranking is a semi-success, since the character usually has poor issue sales.

I couldn't think of a joke if I wanted to. NA is fine for the most part. Marvel wanted a buzz title, so they made one.
-
I fotgot which column mentioned this on Comic Book Resources, but I really do believe that DC is intentionally trying to fuck up as much stuff as possible in order to make the big relaunch seem all the more logical.
-
This seems interesting and all but I'm not excited in the least bit.
-
That sounds fairly likely. I could honestly see Carter doing something like that but messing it up in the end.
-
Definitely. Especially with the new imprint that Marvel has Kabuki and Powers under.
-
So, how long till Kidd and Carter start complaining and want to be traded again?
-
That would be obscene if it was true, but for now I'm going to dismiss it as a rumor.

TB has indeed lost his baslls/been cowed into submission by the Bendis/JQ connection as I've found out first hand with my recent yelling of "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?" at Breevort over at his message board over at ComiX-Fan... http://www.comixfan.com/xfan/forums/showth...7&page=10&pp=15 Wow. A company man all the way

I think he's trying to appeal it, but for the most part, the court sided with Gaiman.
-
The crazy thing is that the Avengers line editor, Tom Brevoort, is insanely up on his trivia and continuity with Marvel's characters. Maybe he's not allowed to criticize or something.

Okay let's get one thing straight here. You don't FUCK with John Stockton. John Stockton is the coolest basketball player ever because 1) He had the balls to wear short shorts 2) He defied the aging process like some only wish they could 3) He went to Gonzaga 4) He gave short white kids hope in an era of the NBA dominated by tall black guys 5)He didn't fuck around with agents, and just directly negotiated with management instead. Now THAT's cool. I couldn't have said it better myself.

What percentage of the WWE roster do you enjoy..
Steviekick replied to The Mandarin's topic in General Wrestling
For me... RAW: Benoit, Jericho, Christian, Bischoff, Eugene, Matt Hardy, Foley, Rhyno, Flair, Michaels, Shelton, Stevie, Tajiri, Hurricane, Trish, Victoria, Regal SMACKDOWN: Booker, Chavo, Eddie, Kurt, London, Rey, RVD 24 out of 89, so I'm approximately 27 %. -
Crowbar isn't going to change your metal listening habits, but they are perfectly inoffensive.

DC Comics' Next Big Event after Identity Crisis
Steviekick replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in Literature
I think the absolving will work, especially since they seem to be making Batman, the biggest Hal hater, seem like he's on the outs in the DC heroes circuit. -
I'm going to attempt to pick it up, or at least check it out for the duration of my next trip to Borders .

Holy crap are those first two pics of the Joker beating Jason from the actual comics? Man those are too cartoony. I think those are from a retelling.

At least it's interesting. The whole thing has potential, but I am a litte weary of the whole thing. -

Alex Ross is never overrated. -
I liked Liquid Swords a lot. Check out either Jurassic 5 album.
-
Well, it doesn't look like it was Jericho.
-
That would be great...with Funaki as Jarrett!

The New Avengers "selling out" is kinda stupid, because they intended multiple variant publishings of the title, so they knew it would happen and limited orders. I don't know about Young Avengers though. I'm going to check it out just to see how it goes. The thing about its writer, although he did work on the OC and Sex in the City, both of which I hated, it seems that he does have a genuine interest in comics so it could work out. But with what they've shown so far, it dos seem like a genuine Teen Titans ripoff.
-
I know a lot of it is because I'm a ridiculous Stevie-Mark, but reforming the bWo as a comedy midcard heel act would actually work. They really aren't doing anything of value with Stevie and Funaki, and lets face it, Simon Dean as a gimmick doesn't seem to be going well. Besides, I'm sure the t-shirt would sell well.

Wow. That's terrible.
