I follow women's college hoops, but I can't get into the WNBA at all. The dunking BS is really hurting its appeal. Everytime they show a highlight of a weak dunk or being rejected by the rim, it just makes their skill level look like a joke. Plus, I can't get into hoops during the summer time. I really wish that other league would have won out.

As stupid as the extreme rules is, this show has given me some hope they can work this thing out. TBS-Flair isn't going effect ECW longterm, so I can give this week a thumbs up.

The problem with that story is that the kid isnt even physically handicapped. I mean, he has a few mental problems, but high level autism isnt that big of obstacle when it comes to playing physical sports. If you've seen that kid interviewed, he seems pretty normal. Thats why all the hype about that story doesnt really fit. I think a guy climbing Mt. Everest without any legs, or Lance Armstrong's comeback from cancer all over his body, were more impressive than this. Jim Abbot making the major leagues with only 1 hand...more impressive. Galludet football team--that was a better story. He has LOW level autism and is enrolling in the local community college this fall. The media protrays it like he's off to the group home to be a janitor at Wendey's after high school. I'm so sick of this story as the local media in Rochester won't let it die. It was headline news everyday for about 3 months and now that he's nominated for an ESPY the media has an excuss to shove the story down everyone's throat again. He also signed a movie deal. I can't wait to see the creative liberties they're going to take.

Does anyone know if Daivari's a decent worker, b/c I'd just love to see him take over were Hassan left off (minus the terrorists).

You know with the jump to Friday, SD is one the on year aniversery of the London Bombings. If WWE dosn't do anything completly tastless, I'll be very disapointed.

I've defended new ECW, but the only thing I'm interested in is the crowd reaction at this point. TBS ECW champ got violent X-Pac heat tonight, which is new at least. Things can only get a lot worse, as I think this can survive with 1.0 ratings on Sci Fi.

I loved when ESPN2 was the joke. I could watch the CFL, lawnmore racing, and indoor soccer all day long, plus they had on hockey almost everynight of the week.
