I went to a show one time where the cage no-showed, and I saw perhaps the greatest whiff ever, a kick to the gut where the attackers foot never really left the mat and the "victim" who was on his hands and knees nearly cleared the second rope from the "force of the blow".
Oh, the show also featured one dozen arm-drags in a row by the same guy on the same other guy, and a Hannibal Lecter type gimmick for the "main event" complete with cheap metal gurney and even cheaper face mask. He was about as intimidating as Teddy Ruxpin without batteries.
