All right....here's my idea (stealing from Zack Malibu's idea ) We each create a new promotion in File Editor with the following conditions: Regional Level 75% Public Opinion $3,000,000 Hard Setting Business heading into a boom period (restart game if heading into bust) No TV Deal No Workers No Staff Cannot edit any worker's details We can do three months each week, basically one year a month We can start January 27th and post a status every Sunday or Monday You can create as many titles as you want, and whatever type you want. How does that sound? any suggested changes or differing opinions?
-
Cool ideas Zack, I've done something like that before, what does everyone else think?
-
I was thinking we could start our own feds, maybe at 75% cult status or really low national, couple a million dollars, maybe be allowed to take 10 or 15 guys from other feds and have to sign all the rest as free agents. Probably on hard setting as well.

I was wondering if anybody would be up for a little fantasy booking contest? We could get a set number of players, hold a fantasy draft, and edit our promotions to see who can book the best program? We could do a month per week for a 12 week period and see who has the most success (public image, money, feuds, etc.) What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

What about Ole Anderson and Tully Blanchard?

anyone else know what is going on?

What's happening right now?!?!?

the assumption that I want to see a McMahon on my TV screen (except maybe Shane) Triple H plaing the evil heel who wants cheers. Flair got that because he backed it up in the ring, Triple H just can't work anymore Jericho and RVD curtain jerking puppies, stinkfaces, divas. What do I want to come back? Managers/valets true tag teams IC belt True Heel/face fueds.... none of this tweener shit stables more sneak attacks, beatdowns....but not in matches. matches that last longer than it takes for me to take a shit and some other stuff I can't recall right now

How about: Triple H Big Show Jerry Lawler Stephanie Mcmahon Mark Henry Albert Test Bull Buchanon Godfather Big Bossman All die in a plane crash before a PPV.........a real tragedy I say

I work as an adult probation officer. As a general rule, we don't let our offenders consume alcohol....but for some ringside tickets to Wrestlemania, I could look the other way

HHH Big Slow Manequins Funeral Home sets Elimination chamber cell Mizark Henry Kevin Nash Michael Cole Jerry Lawler Brian Gerwitz The World Amusement Parks Stupid ass lawsuits More importantly, how do they save money?!?!? Eliminate popular/important championships Release Mike Sanders Push proven talent like John Cena Terminate contracts of workers carelessly injured by Island Boys Canceled Jeff Hardy's subscription to gay mags, told Hardy to borrow Bradshaw's gay mags instead keep from wasting money on stupid WCW video footage of worthless wrestlers like Austin, Pillman, Flair, Steamboat. How could they save even more money?!?!?! Fire Jericho....."He can't draw-uh Vince!!!" Fire Benoit......"Big Kev says he's a vanill-uh midget, Vince" Fire Geurroro.."Vince-uh, he makes me look baaaad" "Well Vince-uh, If you put me in more-uh segments, that cut's-uh down on the costs-uh" Steph and HHH can be insured on the "family plan" once they get married.

Just to clear up any misconseptions...I beleive HHH is TRYING to be like Flair; but he's not even anywhere close. Tghe thing I liked about Flair was, he would job left and right, but not when it counted for the gold. made him look smart. And while I thing he was a great wrestler in his prime, I still don't think he compare's to Angle, Eddy or Benoit. Now, before I get some flaming here, I'm the biggest Flair mark there is, but I think he was great because he knew how to draw heat and carry a match against superior as well as inferior opponents. A true master of ring psychology.

OK....so lets recap the last 6 months of our esteemed World champion and his eternal quest to become the Nature Boy of the new millenium. Carries around Ric Flair's Big Gold Belt Starts wearing suits to the ring for interviews Starts showing how he's a ladie's man Has an angel with a dummy (remember Flair's angle with a dummy back in the day?!?!) He trys to have a feud with Bubba Ray Dudley (Dusty Rhodes Lite) Tries to institute a submission finisher "sleeper of doom" So whats next for "the Game"? needs a new sidekick (ala AA) needs a stable (waiting for Randy O and batista) Needs to feud with John Cena (Sting Lite) Needs to feud with Test (Lex Luger Lite- tremendous upside but no results) any other suggestions?

Anybody know when Mike Sanders is elligible to start competing again? I'm anxious to see him start a feud with the Truth.

For a company that I feel relies heavily on an internet fanbase, why is their website so awful? The design is just too plain. I see better websites made by fans of smaller promotions. Here's what I would do to improve the website: First off, the layout is just boring, they need to jazz it up a bit. Over half the sections are under construction, they need to keep updates current. Superstars section need to be more informative, give career bios that entail where they have wrestled, titles held, photo galleries Merchandising: Just plain awful. They need individual superstars t-shirts. Look how successful ECW was with their merchandising. How about other things like best of tapes, promo photos, replica NWA belts, programs, autographed memorabilia, I think they need to have giveaway contests like free merchandise, tickets, etc Photo galleries could be layed out better They should have an interent forum section. They might consider linking up with other businesses (like they are with NASCAR). For instance, I know alot of people who play Champions of the Galaxy roleplaying card game. They could hook up with them to make superstars cards like they have for some legends what are some of your ides. discuss

well, I think the point I was trying to get across, is to make HHH a truly cridible heel that deserves to be in that spot byt ringwork(and not fucking the boss's daughter) and then giving the rub to someone lower on the card (like Flair did for Sting)
-
I'm really startin tol ike the idea of HHH and Flair hooking up. I know HHH has to be busting a nut working with his idol, I know I would if I wrestled alonside Flair. Anyways, here's my idea to make it work. First, they should keep having HHH give off the persona of the high-class champ. Have you noticed he seems to come off a little better in the dress cloths and clean shaven then the roided up "Game"? Speaking of which, he could stand to slim down and help improve his ringwork. Second, he needs to start treating the belt like it used to by flair, holding it folded up in his arms during interviews, wearing the tailored suits and designer shoes. Walking around like he was better than everybody else and always finding the easy way out in most matches , but backing it up when it really mattered (the blowoffs to most of his feuds) Needs to surround himself with lackeys (I know the Horsemen have been done to death, but it can still be done right). The question is, who could fit this role? Mike Sanders would have been great, good on the stick, adequate ring skills (reminded me of Tully Blanchard), Chris Nowinski would be awesome in one of these roles, Young up and comer who could turn face when seasoned right (Like Luger or Windham). Chris Benoit maybe, but he should really be in Main Event level. Maybe Kanyon, Steven Richards or Bautista. The point is HHH shouldn't have to dirty his hands with whoopin on others, thats what his lackeys do. They really need to end the split, talent is obviously spread thin if you got Bubba in the main event. Here's how I would be pushing people once the split ended: Top Heels (HHH, Flair (for support, Benoit) Top Faces (Jericho, Angle, RVD) Upper midcard (Bookdust vs Heel taker and Kane (make em dominators) Work Rhyno, Dreamer, Kanyon, Richards and Lance Storm in the IC title picture Put Brock in an angle that he got lucky winning the title and has to work his way up from the bottom and gain respect Put on kickass cruiserweight matches, Rey Rey, Moore, Hurricane, Chavo. Anyways, you get the point, I HHHate fjust like you guys, but I can always see the good that can be gotten from a bad situation. P.S. Booker wouldn't be in that position for long, I think he deserves to be up there in the World Title picture at some point soon.

How come nobody uses "the loaded boot" any more? (la the Iron Shiek)
-
From back in the day: Heenan asks Gorilla "Do you know how Tito Santana got those lightning bolts on his boots?" Gorilla "No brain..How?" Heenan "They got snagged on the barbed wire when he was sneakin across the border" How could anyone forget the Big Bossman dragging the Big Show around on his dead daddy's casket at the funeral?!?!! Pure gold!!
-
For me, the only things worth watching in the WWE right now are RVD and Nowinski. I think Nowinski's absolute gold on the mic and shows alot of poise for someone so new in the business. What would you guys think about continuing his push going into WM and being elevated to the IC level? I think he would make a great leader of a midcard heel stable for awhile, kinda like a varsity club for ivy league schools or something like the mean stret posse (I miss those guys!!). Discuss amongst yourselves.

Here's my request: Lex Luger: circa 1988 Hollywood Blonds/Stunning Steve Austin

When Pillman joined the Horsemen in 95, who else thought (or prayed like I did) that Austin was the 4th member?

I would use: "Just One Fix" - Ministry that song just rocks
