  1. Oh yeah.. I did forget that Julio dropped the belt. the reasoning i've heard that made Maske/Hill for the linear title is that there was no actual WBC LH champ at the time of that fight. RJJ was the interim champion though.
  2. Hi Osama!
  3. Hey.. some movie thoughts.. I thought it was quite violent and messed up. But, it was dramatic too.. maybe just for some of the sudden shock. I read one good review about all this.. which claimed that it was all pretty much delusions of a person who was dying, that he was making up the stuff before it, and the stuff at the end. Which doesn't really explain the home video part. Since this movie's been out for so long.. these aren't really spoilers.. but.. i'll be courteous.. #1 - Ashton is named Even Treborn. Event-Reborn. Original World Even - disturbed Kayleigh - sexually abused by her father Tommy - evil evil bastard Lenny - injured around the time of the Blockbuster Thumper - always getting laid then.. there's subtle changes.. Even's rant caused the father to not show any love or affection for Kayleigh, while it caused him to be more abusive/strict to Tommy. Therefore causing him to be bitter and crazy. Even turns into a frat boy and he has sex with Amy Smart. Even also kills Tommy, sending him to prison. Leading to the ultimately pointless stigmata scene (where nothing else changed, although something could have) Also in this time, I think some of the Blockbuster is addressed. Basically.. when I think about it.. this can tie in together and make sense. Lenny makes model airplanes, then when they change the dog scene, he kills Tommy, sending him to an asylum, then they go back to stop the bomb, and he's now in love with Kayleigh since Even has no arms. Tommy is an evil bastard, except after the bomb, where he saves two lives and becomes a Christian. The father is pretty much still fucked in the head. Kayleigh in the third scenario, as the whore, is just depressing to encounter. But, Even did tell about all those changes in history, right? since he brought up the video-tape and the bomb and whatever. I think i'm messing up the order here.. the whore part was before the bomb part. Then, we get to what might be the cause of all this.. the blockbuster and Kayleigh. Which means he would have dreamt this all up to provide a better story for himself. Which means that he would have dreamt up the scene where he scares her away for good. To try and stop everything by sacificing his own love. Kayleigh would then go on to live with her mom and brother, therefore never being abused, therefore living a happier live. Or, so Even dreams.. Although.. if he kills Kayleigh, he never goes to see his dad, therefore his dad would have been alive or lived longer, instead of being beaten to death in that room. But, his dad also told him he couldn't mess with history, which means that would somehow happen, or history would have been messed with. And what was the original thing that Even said that enraged Jason so much? that's a mystery. He's still murderous in the second scenario. I might have to see this again to really grasp it all.. but Even probably died in that room, from the effects of his disorder.. providing his ending to the tale. But.. this just a theory. Of course.
  4. Why does the Ring recognize Roy Jones Jr when the linear champion is Julio Gonzalez? (who beat Dariusz, who beat Virgil Hill, who beat Henry Maske) because the bodies played BS and stripped Dariusz of his belts within months of his victory?

  10. the movie seems interesting to me. And i'm sure I could get brownie points from a Christian girl or someone if I got them to take me to see it. Although, it sounds a bit violent. So, I might cringe.
  11. my school's election went for the incumbent in 92/96.. but these were 1st/5th graders
  12. I'd say that Nader will get alot less support, considering how he'd hurt the Democrats more than Bush If the Nader supporters moved to a safe state like Utah, then that wouldn't be too harmful overall.
  13. I don't need an imaginary girlfriend I have an imaginary friend with benefits though. Nah. Thanks

  22. his batting stats were pretty good too. http://www.baseballreference.com/w/woodjo02.shtml If Wood was played full-time from 1918 onward.. he would have had some good numbers. And he left baseball at 32 as well.
  23. Smokey Joe Wood was done as a pitcher by the time he was sold.
