All I know is this...and I'm no SK parrot...Benoit, behind Brocky, is the most over face on SD! If that is wasted...then the WWE needs to find out what they think he means to him before he just says, "Fuck it" and goes back to Japan where he isl oved and respected. I think to continue his good pops that he is getting, him still being in a title picture would be a great thing.

Choken, what we don't like seeing are these people who Vince likes getting pushed when the people who are supposed to be receptive, the fans, aren't really receptive at all. Remember the Big Show and that title reign? Over half the fans probably don't. We want the smaller guys because it would be something new and fresh and it may *gasp* make ALL fans happy! So don't be looking for this optimistic bs from us when we give our opinions on here. This is a message board for a reason. It's to voice opinions. I'm not turning down yours. I'm just saying that you are looking for sympathy and that most of the people on here probably won't give it to you. And while I do like Scott Keith and I do work with him, I don't agree with all of his words. I think the 2/3 falls Steamer/Flair match was better than the WrestleWar '89 match. It's an OPINION. No one person is right. We all think we are, but we all aren't. We're all frustrated with what's going on, but we can't do a thing about it except express our shame and discomfort with all of it. SK gets all that shit because he came up with all these things and he wrote a book and yada freakin yada. And while I didn't order the PPV, tonight DID seem like a good night to me. And SK put that match at ****3/4 stars... Star ratings are useless. There. I said it. All it is is a number. That's like saying that instead of giving 2 to a guy who wants an even number, you give him 4. A "DUD" to some might be *** or more to many. We all know what we think is good and what we think is bad. Putting a star rating on a match just makes YOU feel better because you might get ONE person to agree with you. Fact: Every match Flair and Steamboat had in 1989 was a great match. Fiction: All of them are *****. Well, what is ***** to you? And that isn't just to Choken. That's to all? We all have different reasons. Just don't think that we aren't all drones. We aren't. We can think for ourselves... EL DANDY~!-And I'm pissed off about this shit right now...

Benoit is gonna be stranded on SD! with the whole Brock/Angle thing being built up. He needs to move to RAW so that he and HHH can feud. After the match tonight, he's a legit face now, and you can't just waste that.

Ok. I don't know about Misawa in 1999, though I did hear he had another great match with Kawada for the TC...but HHH had an awesome 2000 year, on par with some of the better years by Misawa and such. Mutoh won because he got the push to the fucking moon and back. His matches were entertaining to a point...and I say a point. If Benoit didn't get injured, I'd give it to him for 2001. This year...Sapp wasn't even close. It was Kurt Angle. Bar none.

Look for any match in the last three months that includes The Guerreros and Benoit/Angle or Rey/Edge. Any of those are great matches in my book.

Another thing about the Flair/Funk match...NO BLOOD. Unbelievably awesome for a match without blood that's termed an "I Quit" match. As far as Tully/Magnum TA match? Hardcore like a motherfucker...

It SHOULD be RVD, because everybody knows that it's gonna be Brock and Angle at WM, because there is nothing else that would draw. It's GONNA be Brock. It SHOULD be RVD, since he's gotten so close before, and he could have a great chance to actually win it.

For instance... Any of the Big 3 Steamer/Flair 89 matches had things going for it that no other match had. A long and heated rivalry. Rivalry makes a feud, which can blowoff into something big. What are matches like now-a-days? Feuds that are built on four week intervals. Except for Benoit and Angle who have had OUTSTANDING matches over the last three years. Kawada and Misawa? Rivalry that was more intense than Flair, simply because Kawada was merely a shadow of Misawa and Kawada wanted to escape that shadow. Ditto for Owen and Bret. See, it's BACKSTORY. It builds to all those other aspects of the classic matches. Without it, those matches are nothing more than a bunch of moves strung together.

Rhyno isn't coming back...the 15th slot is for the Taker. And Taker WILL get the Diesel treatment. He has to.
