I see everyone making predictions on all kinds of teams, but what about the Patriots? Are they no longer looking like they're in contention or something? I don't really keep up with a lot of pro offseason stuff so i figured I'd ask those who do.

It is way too early to pick a national champ or look at who would even been in the running. I never would have picked Auburn to do so well this time last year.

Dama, your lack of faith in Oklahoma really saddens me. Yes, Oklahoma has lost a lot of its talent pool with the graduating class of 2005, however Oklahoma still has plenty of players that show a ton of promise. Jason White, while good, took way too much on his shoulders and cracked under pressure. You act like the whole team has gone to shit from losing him when if fact you have more QB’s that are all just as talented. Rhett Bomber, Paul Thompson, that one dude that played second string last season, and I don’t know about Lee Blankenship, but whatever. OU still has the ability to get the job done against Texas, Texas A&M, and most certainly against Tech. The thing about Texas and Texas A&M is they have got to shut both of their QB’s down. Texas only won the rose bowl because of their QB taking off to the end zone with the ball. Not cause of their run game or their passing game, and it was a damn field goal that decided that game. They don’t even have Benson this year for their big run, or lack there of. However, they did show they can make a come back against a team that don’t know how to win a game like Oklahoma State. Thus, I have no worries about LSU in the SEC because Les Miles still hasn’t learned how to win a football game. A&M – their QB is talented as fuck and they got some good receivers. Shut the QB down. Don’t give him anyone open and don’t give him room to run. Their run game wasn’t all there last year. Nebraska just may be your dark horse out of the Big XXII, but I have faith in Oklahoma to win the south if not the division still. The new team is not any worse than the old one, from what I’ve seen so far that is. BTW...I'm going to personally hunt down any retard OU fan that throws shit on the field this year resulting in penalties. I would, however, like to see the sight of a bunch of 10 pound sugar bags getting tossed instead of Oranges.

In response; the Death From Above may very well be Johnny’s flashiest move but it’s also his deadliest move. It’s a moonsault double stomp from the top turnbuckle and it’d be hard to see or imagine someone kicking out of that. To date, nobody has kicked out of it but it’s only been used like four times and only twice on someone 230 and under. So, yeah, I was using it for the purpose of hitting something nasty and not glitz. I’ll start my comments on the show after I’ve laid down for a bit.

Yeah, ELM did Genesis 2 and 3 back to back main events. However, he only went into one Genesis already holding the title, IIRC.

No, Johnny was never intended to be a full time character. That’s why when I made him he was rather goofy; wrestling in a tux, on a top secret assignment to the SWF, etc. At the time, Crusen had no love for Brimstone and said no on me returning so I snuck back in with Johnny Dangerous. I thought someone who was a real James Bond/Mission Impossible agent gimmick would be fun so I ripped off Johnny Barracuda from the Danger Girl comic series and made Johnny ‘The Barracuda’ Dangerous. I only wanted to get far enough so where I could just switch back to Brimstone, but after Crusen turned it over to Strangler he vetoed that as well. It’s good though because Johnny may be my second character, but he’s the one that I cherish and I would never want to drag Brimstone out and trade Johnny for him. I just wish it wasn’t so hard for me to get feuds and storylines going so Johnny would be more memorable. I think I’ve had like a feud with Landon, Toxxic, WC, and Fugue and that’s all. Kind of sad that when I’m gone there is nothing I’ve done with Johnny as a solo character to ever be remembered. I think I’d like to know why people don’t want to feud against Johnny Dangerous? Is he too goofy still that nobody wants to risk losing to a lame character? Also, my question for Z. You were so good at writing. Why did you not ever push yourself to compete and go to the World Title; you know you could have done it!
