VT versus LSU is the biggest non conference game of the year? I think we'd all be shell shocked if VT pulled a win out of this one so I don't see how big it could really be. There's a much better game kicking off at 11 am.

Hopefully LSU will blow VT out of the top 10 as well, if they haven't already after struggling against ECU.

If you watched that game, it wouldn't just be a Malibu-esque joke... GT's defense was beating the living shit out of the QB. My favorite play had to be near the end of the first half, where the DEs came at the QB and, while he tried to deal with those, the Safety did a delayed blitz and knocked him on his ass. The last time I saw a blitz that pretty, LSU was beating the crap out of Heisman winner Jason White in the 2003 title game. Let's not distort the facts here. LSU only won by a touchdown - it was a defensive clinic on both sides.

The two losses I took so far I went back and forth on so many times. Damn my state pride to hell on one of those losses as well. I think I might have won even if UTEP looses as I have the tie breaker.

It's not like they were playing with their starters after half time anyways and they played both backup QB's.

Well at the end of the half Oklahoma is up 49-0 on North Texas, with 482 yards of offense.

I realize that nobody probably cares but what the fuck happened to Duke? This UConn game was supposed to be close; Duke was a 3 point underdog, but got blown the hell out 45-14!! I guess the Blue Devils won't win a game this year either.

Damn! East Carolina is handling VT pretty darn well right now. So much for the driven by emotion angle.

You forgot about Oklahoma handing them a loss. You're also forgetting that TCU shouldn't exactly be a walk in the park. As far as K-State goes, your boys have them at home, they should be chomping at the bit to destroy this team. I am interested in seeing what the new D. Cordinators come up with this season though.

Cena. I want the one year reign. Also, whats with people saying Cena gets no reaction/forced down the fans throats/fans are tired of him? Every time I watch RAW, when John Cena comes out he gets the biggest pop out of anyone currently wrestling for WWE. You should also know that the WWE Champion is all about moving merchandise. If Cena's stuff is selling like hotcakes why get rid of the reign?

I'd have given him 6 mil tops and made him earn the big bucks in a second contract after proving himself. The Brady Quinn saga is now officially over. The rookie quarterback has agreed to terms on a five-year deal with the Cleveland Browns, FOXSports.com has learned. The deal is worth $20.2 million, and could reach a total value of $30 million with escalators. The contract contains $7.75 million in guaranteed money. The deal, which was agreed to Tuesday morning, has not yet been signed, but Quinn was en route to Cleveland to join his teammates on Tuesday. The No. 22 pick in this year's draft out of Notre Dame, Quinn had been working out in Tempe, Ariz. at Athletes Performance Institute, and last week said he was hoping his holdout would end soon.
