I thought the promo he cut on Vince tonight was awesome. But you're right his acting skills need work, but I say in his case if they'd just put him in the ring and let him shine he'd get highly over. The fans would absolutely love seeing a one legged kid do moves to someone. And this build up might actually make them care that he's doing those moves. Problem is they've stuck him in a match with Big Show and Steph as his partner. It's like they want him to fail in his first match.
