So, to recap on Angleslam: Hoff vs. Axel Zack vs. Drek Rodez vs. Wright Knight vs. Crystal (?) CWM vs. Tony (?) That's a bitching top-line.

That'd actually be a sensible way to do it, seeing as it's Zack's approval that Rodez would be seeking more than anyone else's. Plus, me and Zack make a pretty good tag team *cough*formerSWFTagTeamChampions*cough*. And after AS, I'm not booked up for anything so it would be more than just a side issue or a mini feud. Me and Zack could come out to "Beverley Hills" by Weezer. That's money.

Actually, I do have something of note. If it's okay with those involved, I want to have Wright/Bohemoth and Rodez join up on the respective sides of the Upstarts/Originals angle after Angleslam somehow. Between now and them joining, I'll need Wright and Bo each to have at least one 'big' match with a top line character. Then, I can start the 'Rodez The Original Trainee' angle up and re-tool the gimmick to suit slightly.

Not that it has anything to do with anything much I wrote a promo, re-read it and realised I started shooting on people (ie Hoff) and had to re-write it, because it didn't fit right. For some reason. it feels like the Rodez/Wright feud is dragging and I've pretty much lost any sort of ex-pornstar vibe with Rodez all of a sudden. Any ideas to help are appreciated...

They're idiots if they keep the Simon Dean gimmick. As opposed to paying Nova to impersonate Hulk Hogan, a gimmick which jumped the shark 9 YEARS AGO!?! Sure. Simon Dean > BWO. Hell, just about anything > the BWO. Also, London didn't job clean. It took a ref distraction and a weapon shot to beat him. Makes Benjamin's loss to Carlito seem clean as a whistle. Plus, in theory, he's in a feud now which I guess will run to the next SD PPV. AND, he got promo time. Paul London with mic time? When the hell was the last time the WWE gave him that!?! Should it be on Smackdown? Yeah, sure. Personally, I'm just glad they remembered London even had a belt, because all this talk of him having a 'strong run as champion' is ridiculous.

So what's it going to be: complaining about out-of-nowhere title changes, or complaining about predictable title changes? Just complaining. After all, that's what TSM does best! I still don't know why people are bitching. TSM- "Oh, we want more tag teams". Mexicools are, apparantly, being moved to the tag division. TSM- "What about London". He gets beaten, they debut another tag team and make sure London doesn't job clean...and they give London a storyline. TSM- "Oh, WAAAH, London isn't the Champion, he got beat on Velocity". Looks on paper like a better Smackdown than they've had in some time. Not saying much, I know, but it certainly looks an improvement.

Having read the show, I also want to say that I enjoyed Hawke's match a whole hell of a lot. Somebody push this guy, now. Toxxic's match was a monster and took me forever to get through, a real epic, maybe a little too 'epic' at times with some of the big kickouts. But then again, if the Toxxic character is leaving, it doesn't matter that Pretzler kicked out of 9/10 of his big spots. Again, kudos to Ward. I liked Johnny's gradual heel turn during the match and that by the end, the hometow crowd were shitting on him. As such, it seemed slightly odd that he finished it with the flashiest move in his moveset, but that's no biggie...another great match, another long one and a good way to end the show.

Thoth- The Stilts Match pissed me off...that was the same show as the bubble gum match, a show where you'd clearly lost your mind when booking. Other than that, the wacky stuff you'd come up with always made a welcome change from singles match, singles match, No DQ singles match, singles match with 20 counts.

Well, after reading what Ian said, I'm totally on his side. Why he should have to accomodate ROH storylines into his shows is beyond me. It seems to me that Prazak is far more interested with ROH than the IWA:MS anyway, so he's probably taken offence or something because the almighty ROH Tag Titles aren't being respected. Well, boo hoo. Jacobs and Whitmer were a makeshift team in the first place, right? Since the SCS lost the belts, I can't remember them meaning much to begin with. Plus, apparantly, Dave's been showing up at recent IWA shows wearing ROH and FIP merchandise, which seems a little odd if he's then trying to sell IWA merchandise or talk to fans or whatever. Whitmer's only ever been average at best, no big deal. They don't need Brad Bradley if they team Boz/Trik up (the better two of the trio). No more Danny Daniels? Well, that sucks, but to be honest, I'd be more worried if his students bailed, which hopefully they won't. The other guy is one of the ring announcers I think.
