Maybe if we had a rule where you had to feedback a certain amount of times per month to be able to hold a belt or feud with a champion, or stuff like that...then maybe people would be encouraged to feedback a little more. Probably not viable, but an idea I guess.

Been there and done that. Hell, we're lucky to even get a feedback thread at all over at the SWF. EDIT: In response to Mascot. I agree with Zack too. There's a whole bunch of times where I've read shows and been too lazy to feedback. People should give some sort of feedback even if it's just a few lines, even if they suck at feedback like me or have little to say. But then again, there's a lot of things people should do in this world but don't. And seeing as I can't think of a particular tangent to go off on, I'll leave it there.

PLACE: The Alamodome, San Antonio, Texas TIME: 40 mins after the end of the show SCENE: Martial Law's locker room With Battleground in the books, the clear-up operation has already begun in the arena. Backstage meanwhile, another clear-up job is underway...at least in the Martial law dressing room anyway. With the International Championship match having ended roughly an hour ago, the three members of Martial Law are assessing the aftermath of their night. Sitting on the leather couch, Todd Cortez sits with his eye held open into the light by Megan Skye, wielding a small ball of cotton wool which she dabs across Todd's eyebrow gently. Meanwhile, their team-mate Landon Maddix sits in the matching armchair with his feet flung over the arm, his newly won International Championship belt over his still sweaty torso. "There..." whispers Megan, as she backs away from Todd. "That's about all I can really do. I still think you'd be best off going to see the trainer. It looks pretty nasty." "There's really no need." Todd insists. Maddix glances over at Cortez, seeing his eye already swelling up and grimacing just slightly. "What about your knee, Landon?" "Fine." "You sure?" "Megs, as arousing a prospect as it is, we don't need you playing nurse for us." smiles Landon. "I'll get it checked out in the morning if it's still giving me trouble. Tonight though, I'd rather be worrying about getting more ice for the champagne than ice for my knee. After all...tonight, it's finally an opportunity for us to celebrate! Lord knows it's been a while coming. But tonight, we're going to celebrate...a job well done." Smiling, Maddix raises his newly acquired gold as if making a toast, Megan giving some applause. Cortez just looks on from the side. "A job well done?" Cortez finally interjects. "Yeah. A job well done. I've got some gold again, Wild and Dangerous are a belt down...I've already spoken to the championship committee about getting us another Tag Title shot in the near future. Seems like mission accomplished to me." "You're forgetting one thing...I lost." An awkward silence falls across the room, as Cortez's blunt reminder cuts short the celebrations. "AND...I got superkicked by Dangerous." Another awkward silence. ... "...still, it's been a good night for me, eh?" Cortez glares at Maddix for a moment, trying to hold back his obvious anger...before standing up and walking out of the room. Leaving Megan and Maddix looking on uncomfortably. "Something I said?" "He's just upset that Ejiro beat him." Megan sighs. "He'll be fine...but, maybe it's best you go easy with the celebrations tonight Landon. You know, try not to rub it in." "Who, me?" The wry smile from Maddix gets a dissapproving look from Megan, who clearly seems to be more level headed than her victorious stablemate does. Sighing, Maddix nods in agreement with Megan finally, before easing off the armchair...clearly in discomfort as he limps across the locker room, opening up one of his bags and pulling out a smaller cooler bag from inside. Before opening that bag up, pulling out three champagne glasses and a large magnum. "Still...seems a shame to waste this, doesn't it?" Megan looks down, trying to hide the smile on her face...and doing a miserable job. Meanwhile, Maddix opens up the champagne which gushes out of the bottle, Megan cheering a little as the smiling new International Champion pours out a couple of glasses. He passes one to Megan, before looking at the other empty glass...shrugging...and pouring himself out a second glass. "To success!" "Success!" The two clunk glasses together before Maddix chugs down the two glasses in his hands, Bionic Redneck style, while Megan sips her glass in a much more ladylike manner. "Man, that's good stuff." smiles Maddix. "More?" "How much more have you got?" Smiling again, Maddix reaches back into the cooler bag...and pulls out another bottle of champagne. "Depends. How much do you want?" Megan and Maddix laugh, as Maddix quickly pours out another glass for his manageress.

Can we decide who's posting the show before the day before the show this week please? Otherwise you might not get anything from me. Surely we don't need Patty to get organised. I mean, I could do it if REALLY neccessary, but surely we've got more show posters than Hoff and Patty?

Sid was booked superbly in his first run with NWA/WCW. That really helped. They made him look like a true monster, put over the powerbomb, he had enough charisma to get fans into his matches. How he managed to carry his popularity on to ECW and the WWF fans I don't know. He was though. Survivor Series 95? Rumble 96? IYH 2? The event where the barricade collapsed under the weight of fans trying to reach out to him (which I forget the name of)? IYH 7? Mania XV? Summerslam 02? You could argue Survivor Series 98, when the crowd were chanting for him. Those are just off the top of my head and just the biggest reaction. Outside of MSG and Canada, he generally gets a good-very good reaction. I still don't understand the arguement against because it's clear he was over...and over doesn't just mean crowd pops.

Lawler has been in the AWA, WWF, ECW...and he was at least involved in the old NWA at some point. Just missing WCW. Ricky Morton: ECW, WWF, WCW, NWA...was he in the AWA? Rick Martel and Perfect have been in AWA, WWF and WCW. I can't remember Martel ever doing an NWA or ECW gig though. Scott Hall has been in all 5, hasn't he?

Quoted because it's worth remembering. The WWE Hall Of Fame is never going to be and was never meant to be as prestigious as, for example, the baseball HOF.

Tune, I wouldn't say Sid was a dissappointment in the WWF. He never got to the level he did in WCW in terms of importance, but he got mega over in Summer 96. I'll give you 91/92 though.

Jeff Jarrett. At least, outside of the WWE. He did get over with the mysoginist gimmick in the WWE of course. Dustin Rhodes was given a big push in WCW's early days, but he didn't make it 'big'. I can't remember him ever losing on PPV in the early 90s, until the NWA Tag Tournament Final in 92.

I think the Lib Dem's would have been my folks' choice, apart from the fact they're still the 'third' party and they don't want to risk a vote for Lib Dems equalling one less for Labour, equalling a better chance of the Tories getting in.

They were. I'm pulling for Norwich as they're the 'local team'...but also, they're good entertainment. WBA has Gera, Palace have AJ, Southampton had the Norwich and Pompey matches...Norwich have had 4 or 5 really dramatic endings to matches and some decent players. When you've got Norwich playing, there's a good chance of a dramatic match because they can't seem to defend (save for Green) but they can score now they have Ashton.

Howard's track record speaks for itself. Anyone who votes for the Conservatives is just asking for trouble. INXS, nice to see you gave reasons for why you voted Conservative. But you're in for dissappointment. This is the same guy who REDUCED police numbers to cut costs back when he was Home Secretary. Violent crime rose EVERY year that he was Home Secretary. EVERY year. This reeks of jumping on the bandwagon in every way. And the death of the NHS. He was against minimum wage. He was for rail privatisation. When he had any measure of power, this country has been in horrendous states. I hope all the people who vote Conservative because of Blair and Iraq are happy if Howard gets in and the country goes (even more) to shit. Because it will. I'm no Blair fan, but Michael Howard as PM would be the worst thing that could happen to Britain. *rant over*

Sytch + Masters = Improvement. And I'm Vince has left Angle 'stranded on the B show' for so long actually, so it wouldn't surprise me if they brought Angle to Raw. It makes little sense, but whatever. I'd rather Jericho trades to SD than HBK now anyway.

I don't believe Gudjohnson missed. I really don't. I can't make up my mind over whever Liverpool deserve it for the way they defended or don't, for the fact that they'e the 5th best team in England...and only got into the competition from fourth. I agree with what was said on Sky Sports News on Sunday...only the Champions should play in the Champions League, like the old days.
