When does the Kurt Angle Invitational end?
King Cucaracha replied to Youth N Asia's topic in The WWE Folder
He worked TNA too, right? Or, he had something to do with them. Either way. -
IWA-MS 4/8 and 4/9 lineups...Spring Heat and STB6
King Cucaracha replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
Ouch at Jack Evans being pulled. Double ouch considering Josh Abercrombie is the replacement. It's surprising how much one dropout affects the tournament so much. Aside from that, two very nice cards. They'll be worth £20 of my money. Hell, Cabana/Sweeney is worth half that alone. -
CZW/Chikara Present NEXT...Tomorrow Night!
King Cucaracha replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in General Wrestling
Well, CKNY I don't mind that much. But personally, I really don't care for Hyde that much. He seems to have a following in Philly, which I can understand. Does nothing for me though. Then again, my opinion's mostly based on the Tag World Grand Prix (Hyde and Dahmer) where they got hardly any reaction and had two dull matches. -
Take your pick. Josh Matthews is the main one. Randy Savage pops up quite a bit. I think Panther has used Jackie Gayda a bunch of times too, so I guess she's on the payroll. And there's Jesse Ventura and Tony Schiavone. Although, I think Jesse is unnoffically a tag team division (read: Black T) based interviewer.

I want to make virtual love to that COD/NNMX promo, it was that good. I mean, damn. In other news, thanks to Mascot for dealing with the promo this week.

CZW/Chikara Present NEXT...Tomorrow Night!

Not sure where it stops being a CHIKARA show and starts becoming a CZW show. Apart from DJ Hyde (crap) and CKNY (passable) but hopefully, it'll give CHIKARA a little more recognition all the same. -
Words from Leon Rodez, so long as I'm not stepping on Mascot's toes. Also, depending on time, I might get around to introducing my new 'wacky gimmick' tag team.

Ha ha. I love this man. Agreed. I have a new found respect for him all of a sudden.

SWF Storm Card, 4-8-04

Either me vs. Dangerous, or the LONG awaited Martial Law vs. W&D. Whoever's booking may make the choice.

GOOOOOOOROHOOOOOOORRREEE!! I guess Rhyno was a prime suspect for spring cleaning. Which is a shame, because he never really had a strong run in the WWE outside of the short run during the Invasion. Ever since they botched the Benoit feud, he's been lost in the shuffle. I guess this might be the last straw.

^ If my promo got through, consider what Mak said applicable to me too.

SWF Storm Card, 4-8-04

It also falls under 2803 § 24 ("Try Defending Your Belt Once In A While"), which states that when you're the Tag Team Champions but have a reason not to defend them on numerous occasions, be it stipulatory or absent...ory, you get what's coming to you. What the hell does "§" mean anyway, Tom? -
This what Dusty's booking must look like on fast forward. Seriously, it's going to take some effort from the wrestlers to try and mix the show up a little.

Because I asked for a Tag Title shot (again), but DubCee isn't available. So I asked for a tag match involving you anyway. -
At least there's no word on a spinning WWE Title, as there'd been rumoured.

Jericho? Considering some of the inductees, sure. But he's far from a surefire HOFer. Not sure if he counts, but Lawler's a shoe-in eventually. I'm sure they'll soon consider guys like Jim Ross, Earl Hebner and The Fink too.

Glad my match went down okay. It was never meant to be an epic, even before my laptop decided to continue it's inactivity. More feedback later.

Or, I could give you Supes' sister's number. BADA-BING~!

2005 WWE Television Win-Loss Record & Standings
King Cucaracha replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
No, he's not working ROH. He appeared at one show and apparently WWE wasn't happy about it, and he probably won't be back. Until he gets fired. Also, the injury wasn't a work. They showed footage of him on Raw and his nose was legit bent to one side. Pretty gruesome. It's a shame they won't capitalise it when Richards gets back, because they have a possible legit feud. Which'll do Masters more good than his recycled Hercules storyline (you cannot escape my Full Nelson. RAH!) -

Dear Johnny Dangerous: I live in Britain. If you send me a PM that gets to me at 12:52 AM, then I will not be awake to get it in time. Thus, that's why I wasn't involved in the opening promo. Please take note. Sincerely, Me. EDIT: Did my Smarkdown promo get through to you Chuck? -
Fantasy WWE vs. TNA Matches You'd Like To See
King Cucaracha replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
^ what he said. I'd take Rey vs. Petey in a heartbeat too. -
Decent enough. Nothing spectacular though. The inter-promotional matches were the only ones I really got into. Orton should have won off the Chokeslam into RKO counter, no doubt about it. But hey, they killed CCC and Hassan for the sake of putting over old wrestlers who don't work for them anymore. And they missed out on putting Eugene over by having him pose with Hogan. So what's one more youngster who's on the roster jobbed out? Angle/HBK was best match for my money. The Anklelock had me yelling for Angle to grapevine the leg, because that's the only time he wins with it. HBK stayed in it forever still. MITB Ladder Match was good, Benjamin was ON. Opener was decent too. The two main events were okay enough, for expectations anyway. Except the SD ending. Piper's Pit was cool. Christy has a nice ass. Big Show/Akebono reminded me of that fight on Friends that Rachel had with her sister where they sorta 'slapped' at each other for a while. Decent enough show, but certainly not in the top 5 Wrestlemania's ever. The crowd seemed to react for the endings of Angle/HBK, Batista/HHH and not that much else. Even Austin got what seemed a muted pop.

You could maybe excuse Russo (somewhat) for his shitty booking of the Storm/Awesome match and put it down to mis-judging the crowd. If, of course, he hadn't been at Canadian Stampede. You'd have thought he'd learnt from the way the Hart Foundation was booked favourably in their home country and done the same for Storm. The fact he didn't goes beyond just idiocy. It proves that, for the most part, he was completely clueless. As for the ladder match, I agree with Mike, that it was entertaining. But the problem was, there was no reason for anyone to react to it. Not one fan in that arena cared if 3 Count got their fake gold disc back or won a fake recording contract. So you had a decent match, ruined by being overbooked.
