Parting is such sweet sorrow, Part Four
King Cucaracha replied to Mr. S£im Citrus's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Well, I think anyone who's ever visited an American cinema knows what a ROAD TRIP! means. I concur with Toxxic. If this doesn't lead to a W&D return then I'll be mucho disappointed...o. Besides, with promos like this, you pretty much have to come back because they have been very good. Hell, I've been drawn in. -
Really? Think of it this way. If Vince makes himself competition, unintentionally or not, he suddenly has a reason to make extra effort to put out an improved product again. Assuming TNA pick up the ball following this, it could be good news.

Estimated Time: 2hr 12 min. Ouch. I need a new computer.
-
Well, I agree and I'm glad they didn't go for another very long match. I think the issue was more that the build made people think they'd go over 60, rather than people thinking the match was bad because it went less than the 60 though. The build was that the issue hadn't be settled in 60 minutes, so they gave it no time limit...which you could be forgiven for thinking meant they were planning, say, a 90 minute plus match. It's not quite that people hoped it'd be long...more 'expected'. Or predicted.

And I knew you knew. I just wanted to gloat again at actually finishing something early for once. -
What is Angle's hometown challenge building to?
King Cucaracha replied to Precious Roy's topic in The WWE Folder
OMG! Malenko vs. Angle in Tampa! -
Well, as Jericho wore his girls' shirt, I expect Orton to wear that top next week on Raw. He can pass on the thong though.

Write a song to commemorate the occassion. At the very least, you can claim to be a better musician than Britney Spears. *this snide comment brought to you by the year 2001*

Well, to quote a t-shirt, "Pobody's Nerfect". Uhm, yeah. I can't remember a call I disagreed with particularly. Only time I really had a problem was Clusterfuck after writing my best match ever...but that was the right call.
-
Yeah...'might be'. You only get the power if he knows about it, you know.
-
In that case, I'll call it.

What the most dangerous finisher?
King Cucaracha replied to MikeJordan23's topic in General Wrestling
Rodney Mack's version of the TD was pretty sick, if only because he didn't hit it perfectly. Al Snow took it, right? Also, the Styles Clash '03. -
Indeed.

MAIN EVENT - TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Team ANGER (Christian Fury and David Cross) © vs. Hollywood Boulevard (Todd Cortez and Ghost) vs. Revolution Zero (Sean Davis and Toxxic) -> Yeah, that's all we need, Toxxic holding ANOTHER belt for months on end. I says Todd and Ghost in a mild upset. BATTLE OF THE BEHEMOTHS Carnage vs. "The Icon" Max King -> King. OBLIGATORY HARDCORE MATCH FEATURING DANNY DAGDA Danny Dagda vs. Manson -> Manson. CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH "Hollywood" Spike Jenkins © vs. Kaine -> Manson. Uhm...wait...Spike.

The OAO Cold Front Classic Gambling Thread!
King Cucaracha replied to Chuck Woolery's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
I might just throw the match then. You know, so Toxxic actually LOSES at something SWF related. -
Glory By Anarchy vs. Los Conquistadors if I can be bothered. Oh, and the little matter of Leon Rodez vs. The Mad Cappa rematch... ...in a CAGE MATCH~!~!~! for the X-Division Title.
-
I ASSUME we're still having HD~! this week. In which case, welcome to your booking thread! This week, Leon Rodez says stuff. Plus Glory By Anarchy vs. LOS CONQUISTADORS~!
-
Agreed. The only thing it's good for is 'Intense Angle'. And a stable of JBL, Orlando Jordan and The Bashams may just be the worst stable ever.
-
Conquistadors/GBA has been postponed until next week. Thank you.

Lockdown Losing Matches
King Cucaracha replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Yeah, I have to concur with Flesher. Nothing wrong with your match by any means, but Sacred's was pretty danred good. It seemed more like King and Sacred wanted a quicker win in your match than his, where you'd probably expect them to wear each other down more. But, again, nothing wrong with your match, but Sacred experience of big matches (and that's BIG matches as Sacred's had about 8 different title reigns) probably added those little touches you can only get from experience. Frustrating I know. Believe me, I've been there with Sacred myself. One thing I noticed in both matches...Kelly standing on the apron. Wasn't it a mesh cage in both matches? -
SWF Smarkdown Card for December 6, 2004!
King Cucaracha replied to Ace309's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Well, I have my two promos done already. And they're good. *smug grin* -
So, it shall be Sacred vs. myself in the final. And while Toxxic craps himself in anticipation, he wins his match too. Also, Sly said some stuff and Davis wins the Hardcore Title for the third time. Any actual opinions would be appreciated. Appreciated as in really wanted...

You mean, you haven't started yet Muzz? I had my intro done at least a day ago...

The one that stands out, Jimmy Jacobs at TPI 2004 (Night One). He had a big spot obviously lined up and climbed the ladder in the ring, which wasn't exactly sturdy being IWA, looking for a back senton through a table to the floor on Deranged. And just at the wrong moment, he stumbles and falls head-first down. Luckily he lands across the ropes, rather than head-first on the apron or the floor. But still, Uhm...actually, Jimmy Jacobs in general. Almost every other IWA show I've got on tape he seems to make an unlucky mistake and screw himself up something bad. Also... Eddie popping out his elbow on his first Smackdown appearance. Rico at SS 2002. GOD-DAMN IT JEFF! Pretty much all of Saturn's run with Moppy. Anyone who takes the Airplane Spin from Bryan Danielson.
