I love Flutie. He was fucked over by Wade Phillips, which is one of the main reasons I hate that fucker. Fuck him, he's the son of a bum, literally. I wouldn't say he was a never was. He brought us back to respectability, with two playoff seasons back to back, one of which was off of a 0-3 start. So of course Wade Phillips replaces him for the big Playoff game in Tennessee, based on what Rob "I'm a pussy" Johnson (I can't believe he has a fucking super bowl ring) did against a JV Indy Colts team. People like to think that he made the right decision because of how close the Bills came, right down to the *forward pass*, but I like to point out that if Douggie was in there, there wouldn't have been a need for late field goal/forward pass. Take that with the fact that the Titans were a yard short of a Super Bowl and...well...fuck.

I don't get why just because HHH finished high that automatically makes him a better heel than Superstar. At least that's what was implied by the info. Jake Roberts was a great heel, but he didn't headline shit. I never thought Backlund would be that high, and I thought Hogan would be number one. I was aware of Bruno's work, but I thought that since Hogan and Austin are the biggest names, that that would make them one and two. I totally didn't realize the drawing power of Bruno. When he says get in, is he talking about the HOF? How is Randy Orton so high? Is it because he's on a major PPV like every month? I think that's a little iffy, since time in years is more significant, as I think Flair should be ahead of him at this point, based on his run in 1992 alone. I just saw the thing about Darren, and it figures that VX would be here before me. Why couldn't they make all of these moves when they still had Randy Moss? Was his contract that bad? The Vikings have no offense at this point however, without a solid running game and no one for Culpepper to throw the ball to. They still have that seventh pick though. The Vikes have a lot of overrated guys on D too, particularly Hovan, and Williams. If Kerry Collins doesn't suck, the Raiders could have the most productive offense in the league. I still hope the RAIDAZ~! do better than the Vikes, although I think barring a complete breakdown the Vikes have that division in the bag.

Quick Question Re: UFC 40 Does anyone know when the Matyushenko fight aired on the card? Was it an unaired fight that aired later or not at all? I ask because I'm d/l the first part of the event, but that's the fight I really want to see so I'm hoping they showed it on TV and it was at the beginning.

I've heard some interviews, and the only guys he seems to not like are Murray and Loiseau. he doesn't even have anything against Loiseau, but rather just thinks it's an easy matchup for himself personally. He had nothing but respect for Doerksen. He seems genuine from what I can telll, but I'm sure if you're telling me this stuff you'd have some examples in proving me wrong. I've never heard of a lot of this stuff. What did he post on the UG, or who did he call a piece of shit? I'll say this much, if he beats Salaverry, would that lend some credibility for you guys? I have to say, he's an exciting fighter. That's the main reason why I'm a fan. I'd like to see him fight Terrell, I think that would be a war.

Other than Matt Hughes, BJ hasn't had an impressive win now that you mention it, during his "I wanna be the best run". All one dimensional for the most part, and a win over Hughes doesn't look so good anymore now that he's turned in a couple of poor performances in his last two fights. If Trigg beats him, oh boy. Riggs isn't an asshole so much as he's just brash, he's not as offensive as Tito was at least. I think he matches up well with anyone, on account of the fact that he's got great wrestling, KO Power, and good sub defense from what I saw against Doerksen. He just doesn't stop putting the hurt on.

But he's rattled off like seven straight wins since then, so him "choking" is long forgotten at this point. He's gonna get lots of hype if he beats Salaverry too, maybe even a title shot if Rich Franklin decides to move back up in weight. Speaking of whom, is Rich really fighting in two different weight classes in one week? If he is, that's gotta be applauded and if he wins both, that's damn impressive. He must be going through lots of pressure at this point.

For CC; do you have any stories of Guy or Ken hurting guys and being assholes in general, and what happened to the guy? It's kind of hypocritical for Ken to always talk about being respectful and shit when he goes and becomes an ass in his training centre. Sort of makes you happy that Tito bitched both him and Guy out. Oh, and Frank was never like that right? I guess this is another reason why him and Ken don't get along. Frank always seemed like a much cooler guy than his "brother".

I've heard tales of Shammy heelhooking and virtually crippling would be tough guys that have walked into the Lion's Den. Every MMA gym has to deal with them and it usually ends in the musclehead getting schooled technically (I've dealt with a few in the last three years myself) however rumours abound of Shammy and Guy Mezger injuring guys to show them who is the real tough guy. I wouldn't put it past Shammy to have resolved internally "he died doing what he loved, there is nothing to be sad about" given his screwed up mentality (claiming he stole Royce Gracie's fighting spirit, believing Tito Ortiz is nothing after getting his face beat into a new shape at his hands etc). Mezger too? That's disappointing, he seemed like a cool guy. From most accounts, dojos generally stretch new people, but they don't maliciously inted to hurt them.
