The Bears will be fine. They made tons of mistakes on offense and played well below their potential and still hung in there with the team with the best record in the league last year. They're still a ten win team at worst, and considering the weakness of the NFC, they should do much better than that.

Rex Grossman is atrocious. I know he's playing the Chargers, but still. Bobbling the ball without being touched is just a case of wilting under pressure. Not pressure of the actual defense, more like just being intimidated. I don't know where his head's at, but that INT was terrible too. Good going guy, indeed.

Is the Titans defense that good? I remember reading about how bad it was gonna be. I guess it must have been a bad source. I can't believe Buffalo lost, but they didn't deserve the win. They can only rely on special teams for so long and their defense really blew it on that last drive, allowing like three fourth down conversions.

How about carrying that team through the playoffs last year? I understand that Pats fans hate everything Indy but the fact that you need them to "prove" something after their performance last year and last week against one of the best offenses in the league is ridiculous.

The NE O-line truly is amazing. I'm watching Brady stand still for about 8 seconds just looking for whomever he wants. There are plays where he gets a little nervous but has so much time he regains his composure and finds someone open. This is ridiculous. I hate the Patriots

I actually really liked the main event. It was very strategic and was a war of attrition with flurries thrown in between to spice things up a little. Time will be kind to it. I thought Dan might have won and was surprised two judges only gave him one round but there was no BS decision here, just a close hard fought battle. Rampage ignoring Dan's handshake was awesome. Carlito; I don't think anyone should be surprised. When someone pushes Mirko he folds. It's why he's NEVER won a championship anywhere. I think what makes everything worse is that Kongo actually took him down. If he just lost the fight on the feet it wouldn't have been so bad, but he was getting taken down by a guy many were calling one of the worst grapplers in the HW division.

I always said Moss was still one of the best players in the league, but did you know anyone that looked good on that Raiders offense? That was a clusterfuck of a situation.

Really intriguing game between Buffalo and Denver right now. Two QB's expected to make the leap playing against defenses that are solid. Denver looks much quicker and their O-line looks better as well. Buffalo's Special Teams is keeping them alive, but I'm not disappointed with Losman and Co. Their RB and QB are showing flashes of brilliance among the mediocrity, and I think this is a case "we're ahead but we don't deserve to be", which in general has the team ahead play to their potential and pull away in the second half. Penalties are hurting Denver more but they also cost Buffalo a potential FG at the end of the half there. Their playcalling is kind of weird but Denver is not giving them any room and is forcing them to make short plays which is why Losman has like nine completions for sixty yards. New England vs. The Jets is great too, but that goes without saying.

Bisping's post fight comments were so fucking lame. "He should go back to wrestling" Seriously what the fuck is wrong with this douchebag? I hope they give him Wanderlei at 205 or Anderson at 185. He's on my "fighters that are fucking pricks" list. Main event was good if not a little slow at points. I guess Decision Dan doesn't get his way with the 10 point must system.

So this is tomorrow. And it will be awesome I think, if only for the main event. Rampage Crocop Alexander and Bisping are the picks I have, and Davis too I guess. For the three top billed fights I want the guy I think is going to lose to win though. After seeing Hendo at the weigh-in I'm more confident.

That doesn't bode well for him. He looked past his last opponent too. I wouldn't mind seeing WANDERLEI SILVA on this card, but that probably will be saved for a main event, though they did throw Noguiera on a curtain jerker so who knows really. Even if it's just to see him decapitate someone that's fine.

UFC 57 is another good one, but what puts this over the top for me is the EPIC~! nature of the main events and how they actually lived up to billing. Keep in mind anytime Randy dominates a main event I'm inclined to love it, before this UFC 68 was probably my favourite UFC card of the year. UFC 52 was awesome, but the main events were considerably shorter. That doesn't always matter, but in this case it's kind of like a tie-breaker I guess. Randy Couture is the best example I can think of, of an athlete squeezing out every single drop of potential that they possibly can. The UFC hype machine tells all kids to aspire to be more like Randy, and they're right.

Other than the two co-main events I can't say I'm very interested in that card. Macdonald vs. Okami, I GUESS Also Bonnar vs. Schaefer, but only because I just got done re-watching the first season of the Ultimate Fighter.

Did he get fined for that? I'm really happy to see GSP and Randy whoop that ass. BRING ON FEDOR NOW! Except this time I won't be laughing when they say that. To me there is no bigger fight in the world than Randy vs. Fedor right now. Surprised by Cote, he really showed some killer instinct that he's lacked in a lot of his big fights. He's making good on the potential many saw in him a few years ago. To be fair though, Grove has always been a bit chinny. What else can be said about GSP? The sports psychologist must have done their job because he showed none of the mental weaknesses many were accusing him of. He really took this fight seriously, though I don't know about the supposed move to Jackson's. Koscheck will be fine, but he appeared to lose initiative once he realized that he wouldn't be able to take down Georges at will. Hopefully they give him an easier fight, as he's still got a lot of potential. Guida beating Aurelio was pretty sweet. I haven't been to Sherdog yet but I imagine there are a bunch of "UFC LW>PRIDE LW" threads now. Best UFC card...ever. I said it.

Forrest would be smart not to brawl with Shogun I think as that would play into his style. If he makes like Da Nak and picks his spots he has a very good chance.

As was said earlier, the WBC was meaningless. The best players in baseball in the major leagues are routinely American, although lots of Hispanics dominate as well. The olympics was just a case of not playing well together, I don't think that proves America isn't the best country for producing talent. Are you willing to go so far as to say America is not the best country for producing talent in those two sports? If you are, that's an argument you will definitely end up on the losing side of.

It's more like it takes a fucked up kind of person to take pleasure in staging and calling fights between defenseless animals and killing them off once they have no use anymore. It's not worth as much as a human life obviously, but the psyche involved of a person that not only condones but enjoys putting animals through this sort of behaviour is pretty awful.

Yeah I was kidding. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence against him though. If all the things said about him are true ban him from the NFL for life and lock him up in jail for a long time. I don't know much about the story though so I make no judgements one way or the other.
