Yeah, it's not storylines, I mean, I don't know, the execution just seems weak. The first episode was lame, where the hell did they drag all the moms out of? It was never alluded to before, it was just thrown out there. The next one was just a pretty cheesy bait and switch "Uh oh the blackouts ruined the movie box office take, oh wait no they didn't!" combined with the Almost Famous rip off. I agree that the Ari storyline is going somewhere, as is Vince being a huge movie star, but Vince being a huge movie star hasn't really offered much in the first two episodes. It's been kind of boring. Ari's stuff is getting dramatic whereas in past seasons it had more of a comic twist, with him always finding a way to ditch his wife, not that that's a bad thing.

I'm interested in what BJ Penn will do. So I guess Carlos won't fight in the UFC this year?

Entourage's first episode was shitty, and the second was not bad, but I'm still disliking the fact that we're two episodes in and they haven't really hinted at any sort of storyline. I guess that's what happens when you have to stretch the season out to almost twice what you're used to.

Another problem with Gurgel is that he's been inactive for almost a year and a half, while Hominick fights pretty regularly.

He was a good name to boost Imanari's record, who is actually a FW btw. Unfortunately Hansen forever ruined Imanari's cred with one of the "BEST FLYING KNEES I'VE EVER SEEN! WOW!"

With Eddie Bravo's triangle you don't need even need to pull the arm across. Carlos Barreto not only used the same shitty triangle on someone else, but he made Randleman tap with it the same exact night. This only leads me to believe that Beneteau>Randleman. No he said that for the last WW GP. It shows how ridiculous PRIDE is with these GP's when I reference one from less than a year ago and it's actually outdated.

Rampage later recanted that statement after watching the fight, saying he thought he won. I also watched the Japanese version and without the biased English commentary, it's pretty clear Jackson won. Still, getting knocked out in spectacular fashion 3 times as well as stating that there would be no point in getting in the ring with Wanderlei again due to two of those KO's shows his heart is lacking, and that he will never be a top fighter again. After that fight him and Chuck went on very different paths, and a rematch would be pretty tough to stomach for Rampage fans, since as of this point his only saving grace is that "he made Chuck his bitch". Not pinpointing what Evander said, but most PRIDE Nuthuggers hug this line very much.
