    Good site for music torrents

You'd be surprised at how hard it is to find online. Most of the rap albums that are put up online are only the "Pop classics" from what I can tell, stuff like The Chronic, Ready To Die, etc.

    PRIDE: BUSHIDO

The Minowa loss is tricky. Losing in the UFC all those times can be offset by the fact that he beat Minowa, Chonan and Kondo, two of them in less than two minutes combined. Chonan was considered a top five MW after beating Silva, while Kondo was considered a top MW after dropping weight. Baroni didn't look so bad in his losses, he was stopped at the end by Sell after beating on him for two and a half rounds while he took Tanner to a decision and had him damn near out on his feet in both fights. He never looked all that bad in losing, while he has looked real good in winning recently. If it's a case of what have you done for me lately, Drago and Tanner lost pretty badly after their wins, while Baroni has only looked better and stronger, and not against cans either. I wouldn't put him above Tanner or Lindland, but I'd still put him on the list. If he beats Dan or Busta or even Minowa if they lock up again I don't think you could justify keeping him off.

I would put him in the top ten after this win. Kondo was a guy many expected to be rejuvenated by a move down in weight. They expected him to become champ, as he lost a very controversial decision to the champ. And Baroni knocked him the fuck out, in less than a minute. That's serious, Phil is a long way removed from the losses to Tanner and Sell. Baroni is top ten for sure now, and at this point I might actually pick him against Hendo who looked bad against Misaki.

That double leg takedown was perfectly timed, he went in right as Gomi committed to a haymaker. Whether that was intended or not I don't know.

Okay I just saw Gomi's fight, holy shit that was a late stoppage. Dude was OUT.

He's more of a submissions guy rather than GnP. But he does need to learn how to use more strikes. I felt bad for Ninja, I thought for sure he would be able to pull out the win. If Busta could take him down like that, I think Filho will do the same to Dan. He didn't look good against Misaki, he's too triggerhappy. Filho is like a bigger stronger, younger version of Busta when it comes to grappling, so I can see him pulling this one off. I think Baroni gets the title shot first though. Holy shit he looked good. Hansen's KO was fucking sweet, as was Pulver. I wish I saw the Gomi fight, rather than waiting for the spoiler. I heard the ref was late in stopping it because he almost didn't want to see Gomi lose. Gomi was out for awhile.

Also, I think it's clear that Gomi would not win a rematch with BJ Penn. A lot of people said that he would after his last few dominating performances, combined with his newfound bulk, but after this performance I'd expect exactly what happened in the first fight to happen again.

IM THE BEST EVA~! IM THE FUCKIN' BEST!!!!!!! IM THE BEST EVA!!!!!!!!!!! Mark Coleman: FUCK YEAH PHIL! Oh sorry I shouldn't curse...FUCK YEAH PHIL! Hahahaha, there are some Kondo fanboys that are eating it now. I'm really happy that he and Gomi lost. I've been saying for awhile that Gomi is awful off of his back, and now we see why. This is why I hate that these aren't title fights, something like this was bound to happen. I'm really disappointed about Filho though, fucking homo. He's probably gonna beat Dan Henderson. I hope DA BEST EVA! beats him first though.

Not true in my opinion. I have higher expectations for that which I'm more a fan of, and the UFC is currently that organization.

What to do with BJ Penn

Not really, but Matt Hughes would beat him in a rematch at this point. I also would say Matt would beat GSP too. He's gonna move up in weight after he does both, or retire, because there would be nothing left for him at 170 were that to happen. Oh right this thread's about BJ Penn. Well, he'll get a rematch with GSP which would be five rounds in the future for sure, it's just a matter of when. But for now they should just build him back up as a challenger to GSP/Hughes and move from there. They should have let Penn reintroduce himself to the fans rather than throwing him to the wolves right away, but he'll be back. As far as money is concerned, he doesn't need it so he'll fight to be the best, but he's gotta show more grit than he did against St. Pierre and really push the pace of the fight if he wants to do it. That fight was his to lose, as the first round proved, and he blew it.

I didn't really find Final Conflict or Critical Countdown to be that great, but I am soured on the whole GP concept. I agree about the Bushido's and NYE show being great. However, at this point I almost consider Bushido to be a seperate entity from regular PRIDE, 'cause it kinda is. Final Conflict had great fights in Mirko/Fedor and..well that's it. Both Shogun fights were entertaining, but I wouldn't say great. I think your Shogun and Fedor fandom biases your view on this show. I only have a Fedor bias, so my view is a little clearer Critical Countdown was mediocre I thought. Admittedly, Shogun/Little Nog is great, but nothing else on the card really entertained me that much. Bushido the Tournament card was amazing. Bushido 7 was great, and 8 was decent. The NYE Show was good. However I don't think overall, that the year was as good as their 2003 year. Admittedly, alot of the enjoyment I had in those shows was mainly storyline based, which really helps you connect to the fighters (Rampage and Cro Cop's rise before eventual fall to the Brazilians at FC 2003, Chuck coming in, Fedor placing himself atop the mountain, Wanderlei Silva shutting up the haters...for about five minutes before they went on again, etc.) Add to that the fights were really good and there you have it. PRIDE 25, TE and FC 2003 are all amazing, while 26 was a really good show too.

I understand Hirth, but why Quadros? He's a big loser though, I feel bad knowing I used to enjoy his commentary. I mean he's good at commentary, but the guy's a huge fucking nerd. Speaking of The Fight Professor, I watched PRIDE 25 today, holy shit. Great fucking card. That wasn't even the best card that year. I can't believe that MMA was that good in 2003. I think that's the best year of MMA ever, at least in terms of the two big companies. Obviously for the UFC 2005 was the best, but there were some awesome cards that came out that year. PRIDE should learn that less is more and stop with this constant tournament bullshit, get their champs to defend more and build some steam as legends, kinda like Hughes did or Franklin is likely to do. There's no reason why Noguiera was champ for one and a half years and fought a bunch in that time, yet had his first title defense came against Fedor when he lost. It doesn't make sense for a guy who had such a dominant "reign" as he did to say he has had zero successful title defenses. KARELIN~!

That first link on the google search is pretty shitty. A lot wrong with it. But honestly Dama, most of the questions you're asking don't need to be asked. They can be figured out with the simple use of Google.
  17. Seriously. I say Vyce. I know there are a lot of shitty new guys, but at least try to pick someone that is recognizable.

3 White Lacrosse Players from Duke rape Black woman...

If I Didn't do anything wrong, I Give the DNA test to prove it and find out who did it. If I did nothing wrong I try to help the investigation. It's not like a huge burden.

That's what I thought too. I remember Mark Coleman talking about how sick his hand strength was. Then I remembered him controlling Gary Goodridge with ease. And then I remembered how he managed to somehow lock up Mirko's hand at first with only his hands, rather than his whole arms. This caused me to be even more impressed with Fedor who just pulled his hands out and threw bomb after bomb. Also impressive that roided up Ricco avoided Nog's dangerous shit at ADCC and pulled off that kneebar. The guy was a monster back then.

Severn is hated on by most people I know that know wrestling. He was wayyyyy past his prime when he started fighting, and his prime wasn't that good to begin with. Also, his shot was awful, and consisted of lowering his head and charging. Gary Goodridge has heart now, but that doesn't make up for the lack of chin. Interesting story about him though; a purple belt (so you know he knows his shit) at my old gym in Toronto sparred with Gary before. Now, he's a big guy and weighs about 230 or so, and he was the bodybuilding champ of Toronto (hence the title Mr. Toronto) so you know he's a strong mother fucker. Gary Goodridge let him get an armbar in place, from mount, and told him to finish. So you had this huge man using his entire body on another guy's arms essentially. Well, not only did Gary not budge, but he actually pulled it back. His background from Arm wrestling comes in handy. Other cool story; another guy who is also a big guy went to train in Brazil with BTT. Apparently Nog's grip is so strong, then when he grabbed the guy's wrist, the guy couldn't move his hand. BJJ is all about technique my ass. It helps to have a fucking vice grip for a hand.

Kids are being taught that stuff because con artists exist, and always will. The fact that you have been somehow convinced that there is a crazy motherfucker hiding out in Hong Kong that could kick anyone's ass is proof of the power of the "big lie". Rather, you should believe in a humble Russian man who does the dishes and cleans the house afterwards (both literally and figuratively).

    Pinched Nerve

I think I have a pinched nerve around my bicep/shoulder, so where the rotator cuff (?) would be. I haven't gotten it checked out yet though, the local sports doctor can only realistically look at one problem at a time, and a possible torn meniscus is much more serious. I had a similar problem in the same area about two years ago, and it kinda healed up on its own, so I'm not too worried about it. I don't think you should be either, though it's obviously best to get it checked out if you can.
