    I Saw Another Sneak Preview

I just saw this last night, and all I am gonna say is that I WILL PAY TO SEE IT WHEN IT OFFICIALLY COMES OUT! It is so god damned funny, I was laughing hours after it was done. Just go see it. Yeah, I'm once again bringing the content.

    Being a little bitch

The movie that has always gotten me is a movie called In Country. It's got Bruce Willis and Emily Lloyd in it. Really emotional at the end...look it up if you want...it's a great, forgotten flick. Also, Boondock Saints, Big Fish, Philadelphia, and the one with Dennis Quaid and Jesus, Frequency.

If you had the chance to redo any movie

Grapes of Wrath...granted the Ford original is a "classic", but, there are so many darker corners that could be done now. Plus, the soundtrack could kick ass, all dusty and depressing. TOM JOAD....Joquin Phoenix REV CASEY...Williem DaFoe Ma Joad...Susan Surandon Pa Joad....Paul Newman... etc etc etc... Have Eastwood direct.
  4. Yeah, I know. A thread repeating probably what has been said a million times. But, I haven't posted in awhile, so now, I feel inclined to. I was working alot lately, and, thanks to the souffle chefs at youtube, I caught up on some WWE happenings. And, I just say the HHH/ Cena confrontation from a few weeks back. And, much like some Chinamen said on August 8th, 1945.... "What the fuck was that..." Why the fuck would HHH bury Cena, that badly? It makes...zero...sense.... The build-up of storylines has been pathetic for years, but, this takes the cake. And, the biggest problem, aside from TNA regressing...is, it will not get any better soon...this is wrestling for years to come now....The "champ" couldn't even come back 1/2 as well as RVD...I mean cmon..."you got one move...pumping up your reeboxs.." And Cena had no fucking reply!!!!!???? Howsabout... "Well...the bosses' daughter was already taken" "Spitting water is much harder, eh, Paulie" "The Warrior called, and he'll be in my corner at WM 22. Now, you...can't...see...me!"(Dissappear a la Warrior in WCW...reappear in mirror one week later) Anyway...since I hadn't posted for awhile....I decided to throw my Eddie tribute on here as well...to remind me when I enjoyed wrestling far more...hope you enjoy... For Eddie... In Memory of Eddie Guerrero A great wrestler died this weekend. Eddie (ne Eddy) Guerrero was a master in the "squared circle". His ability in the ring, on the mic, and all around attitude towards the profession are no doubt amongst the best of all time. I will best remember Eddie after he got fired from the WWE. He had been fired for a drug problem, and was told to clean up. If he did, Vince McMahon would take him back. Eddie went out, and cleaned up. Then, he started wrestling in the indys again. Some of the matches he had in Ring of Honor with Super Crazy were mind-blowingly good. Here he was, a man who was near the top of the sport for a few years, now, down in the dumps. Down in the muck. Fighting to get back up. A few years later, he and his best friend, embraced in Madison Square Garden at Wrestlemania XX. Two friends. Two brothers. They had gone through so much, and now, they were at the apex of their profession. They shared some tears, a smile, and that embrace. I haven't forgotten that night. Now, I never will. People sometimes ask "Why feel bad about a celebrity when they die? It's not like you knew them? Isn't there more important things?" I responded to this once, after Dale Earnhardt's death. I wasn't a NASCAR fan, but, I knew people who were. So, I had put into words, how I could understand that mourning process: 34. But, it still rings true. The only difference this time, is, that I am a wrestling fan. This guy's life did affect mine. Even in a miniscule way. How many hours did I watch Eddie wrestle? Make bad "Latino Heat" jokes? Court Chyna (for some reason)? Wrestle ***** matches? One of my favority funny wrestling moments will always be when Eddie and Chyna were "dating" in the storyline...Chyna was going to be in Playboy, so, Eddie flipped out at the thought of all these men seeing his "mama-cita" naked. So, he went to the Playboy Mansion to see Hugh Hefner. The security guy would not budge every time Eddie tried to get past. It was fucking hilarious. And I remember it. Why? Read above! Thank you Eddie, for all your time, and your passion, and your dedication. Lots of people make fun of me, because I like wrestling. Let them make fun. Performers, WRESTLERS, like you, make it all worth it. Adios, amigo. May you rest well. Ryen
  5. Sorry...I was going to put this in the random folder but screwed up. Wanted to type alot more, since I never post anymore. If the thread needs to be moved to General, please do. Thanks for the compliments!
  6. And out of the rafters, IT IS I, RHR! Shit, I am usually really busy, and never have the chance to post, so yeah, I lurk, ALOT. But, this guy's post kinda got me all ARRRRRGGGGGDDDDD up. Seriously, it may be Vince posting on TSM finally. Look, Professional Wrestling is more than one thing. It can be steroid muscled freaks throwing fake punches, it can be women in lingerie, in can be midgets flipping around like Yoda in Ep. II and III, it can be what ever the fans and audience will pay to see, both with money and time. THAT is why I liked Bret Hart. THAT is why I liked Hogan. THAT is why I liked Mick Foley. THAT is why I liked Ric Flair. Davey Boy, Steamboat, Funk, Rock, Austin, Michaels, etc etc etc... They all have a degree of different styles, and, it works together. One man's shit, is another man's manure, my friend. To each his own. And other various cliches. So, go watch your Hogan DVD, and worship at the Batista alter if you like. I'll stay over here where the HEART and the ACTION is. See ya.
  7. To be fair here, the only way it makes sense for Rocky to do a thing, would be to stick it to current WWE Mgmt....ie...HHH, Steph, et al....because he knows how much of a dig it would be. But, Rocky knows that Vince HAS NOT screwed with him...so...he's gonna let it go.
  8. The only thing that would make this more special than the normal blah blah blah bullshit...would be all these "champions" coming out first...then HHH comes out and talks about how much he is the game...then Lesnar comes out and f5's everyone of them into retirement...and Vince finally comes out and fires all the old guys... and I get to make an in-ring appearance eating an ice cream sandwich out of Ashley's ass....that too.... <goes to set up VCR to record RAW>

    Bret Hart meeting WWE

The WWE Hall of Fame is, basically, the freakin' Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame....so....if you want Owen in...why not give the Hart "family" the whole freakin' night...induct Owen, Bret, Davey Boy (I can't remember if he's in yet or not), et al....and put over the whole family...and their contributions....get em all together for a worthy cause...and it would be a just and magical night...and....an awesome DVD I would plunk money down for anyway...but...would be even happier if they went to some sort of charity...

Popping a DVD in on December 25, 2010... <WWE logo> It was a balmy summer night, August 8, 2005. Raw was on Spike TV at the time. It was, by all accounts, a normal action-packed edition of RAW. But on that night, we saw the debut...of Chad Patton. <cue Music> <cue Logo> CHAD PATTON: GIVE THEM HELL The Life and Times of a Wrestling Legend

Raw sucks so hard, as does Smackdown...because...get the dead horse ready...the writing is crap...I am currenlty writing a movie...and...I haven't even worried about most of the dialogue yet...I need to make sure all the backstories and character histories make sense...then...move to the actual script...then...execute....the WWE skips one...writes 2 at 855pm...and then...3...
