I wouldn't be suprised to see Shawn win this match and then lose to Hunter. It all depends on where that match is on the card. Early on, I could see him lose through McMahon interference, but if it was the Main Event, then I could totally see him winning through botched McMahon interference.

Nope, that lawsuit was settled in 1999 or 2000 and it helped Vince buy WCW. One of the provisions of the settlement were if WCW were to ever go up for sale (which it did in fall 2000), Vince would be given the chance to match any offer put up for it. I though that was debunked. Besides, wasn't the settlement sealed?
