Is that Knick pick going to the Bulls protected at all, or can they get the #1 overall (Bulls)? Even though I really don't care for the Pistons, I'd hate to see Ben Wallace go anywhere else. But I guess it depends how much money is thrown at him. Whichever team does that though better also have a low post presence that can score.

Ripper, Tom Chambers was "the real MVP" in 1990.

New game, but you better believe we're gonna beat down our roommate the next time he farts.

20 spot on Point Determined. I believe at 8-1.

So where does this leave that beast Mark Henry for the PPV? It's looking like: Rey/JBL Taker/Khali MNM/London & Kendrick Benoit/Finlay Lashley/??? 6-9 Man Cruiserweight Turmoil Match...... you know its coming. This is slightly off-topic, but it is a SD thread. Who do you all want as the US champ? I know it really does nothing for him, but I'd love to see JBL just give Booker the US title, to make it the second time in a year Booker has not had to actually win the US title himself. Sorry I didn't realize the KOTR finals are at the PPV as well.

Spicy Mac, I agree wholeheartedly about Christian. His character is great. He's such a miserable SOB, and yet he knows how to validate his being, simply by picking up the phone. He is a tragic figure, although his ego prevents him from being truly sympathized. I think if the Others or whoever has Walt made a deal with Michael, is just blowing wind up his ass. Maybe they'll let him see Walt, but they obviously need him, and I don't really think they truly want Henry back, he is expendable. Is Eko really a good person, or is the person they assume he is really his dead brother?

"Bad things happen to people who are around me." From his vigniette before Season 2.

Count me in as thinking to that Libby may not be dead yet. She may be in a coma just long enough for Michael to fly when everybody finds out the truth. I didn't think Libby being shot was too contrived, Michael already felt guilty about having to shoot Ana-Lucia. I was just intrigued as far as who was going to show up. LOTC, I agree Jack should have been a little leery of Michael's story, he was talking like a wildman when he left the hatch, yet he didn't go after the two armed guards? As far as future happenings, I wonder what will become of Locke and Jack's "ineffective communication". Locke is privy to more information about the other side than Jack is, yet when Jack talked about going after them to get Walt he seemed to agree. I also hope that the preview for next week was a vision Locke has of Ecko, much like Boone, not the real thing!

Was that Vader-Dustin match from a Clash of the Champions?

When I saw this thread I knew the first one that came to mind. Three Men and a Baby. I swear I saw that movie so many times when I was at my grandma's house every summer. She lived in Middle of Nowhere, North Dakota, so there were not a lot of televison choices.

Death, taxes, Memphis losing in the playoffs.

The League better give Steve Nash that MVP trophy on Tuesday, it could be his last chance to accept it in front of the home crowd. I'm not sure if there was foul or not, but I'm pretty sure Nash has played long enough to know not to dribble the ball to the sideline and then pick up his dribble.
-
I'm disappointed with it because I thought that was who the Bengals were going to take 2 picks later. He'll do great in the 2 TE sets with Witten.
-
You'd think with two picks in a row if your St. Louis, hell I'd take a chance on Vick.
-
For anyone who needs it for reference sake I am trying to update a draft tracker back on the first page if you need to see who your team has drafted. Sorry I would have done it yesterday, but I was away from my computer.
-
I think there's a 50/50 chance the Pats could sit tight and get Greenway. It just depends how in love certain teams are with him. Honestly I've seen him as high as 11 and as low as 27 to Carolina. His status has humored me, as he was so highly touted before the season. Then people thought he played inconsistently, but he always seemed to be making plays on the tape. People weren't thrilled with his combine stats and he then fell from possible Top 10 at Arizona to the end of the 1st round. Now he has leveled off around the 14-18 range. Personally, I think he'll be gone by pick 21 unless the great DB-S run of '06 has started.
-
I agree wholeheartedly StylesMark, LeBron is too fast and more importantly too strong to not take it too the hoop more often in crunch time.
-
If the Niners make that trade, they better hope that the 2007 draft is loaded on defense since they don't have a pick until Round 4. I don't know if Reggie Bush is worth that with so many glaring needs. But drafting Bush probably buys the team another year of being sorry with the fans.
-
Traveling may have been on life support, but it is officially dead after LeBron's GW shot. He did get mugged twice though during that sequence.
-
I wouldn't be shocked if Matt Leinart COULD go to Detroit at #9 if he dropped that far. I know Millen has to win now, but if he drafts from best player available perspective, I cannot see Ernie Sims above Leinart on their draft board. Dama this has to make your day, with Reggie not going #1.
-
I bet that screwed up Mel Kiper's daggone Top 10. I also am shocked, I know people didn't necessarily want to trade up to #1 because of what it would cost them, but couldn't the Texans have demanded less, or were they just that in love with Mario?
-
I agree Teke, me thinks it also is a BS ploy, or a ploy to see if they can get a desparate team to leap high for this pick. To me I guess VY reminds me the most of Randall Cunningham. Long and lanky, but could be elusive. Cunningham had better arm strength, but VY is no slouch either.

Well, I'm interested to see his path after his brother died... specifically, I want to see if he actually became a priest. That would be pretty cool, its true to see if he is a priest or if he is struggling with sin v. righteousness. I am interested to see what he will do when the "war" starts.

I'm with the last two people, take a swipe across the seat, put your ass on the seat. Quit being nancy boys, if God wanted you to squat he'd have given you a vagina.
