Welp, the 5 day long wait has come to end. iB's demise has come upon us. Please, feel free to ask any questions about the nature of his ban, whether I'll be picking a new troll to place a countdown on, and anything else of that same ilk right here. If you feel he was unjustly banned, please make your case here, and I'm sure one of iB's regular haters will fill you in on what's going on. But, let it be known that a precedent was set here, and that is if you suck, you will be banned. So, don't suck. Oh, and just so everyone knows... he WAS a PBP. Watch how this amazing feat of strength works... CC, who is a WWE Folder mod, has already said that the post (column/article/whatever/blahblah) is fine with her. Now, being that she is indeed one of the WWE folder mods, and she's already said something about the status of the post, I think it'd be neat if we could all adhere to that. Does that mean that it's a set in stone law? No. Does that mean that the next time one of these posts come up, the reaction/"ruling" will be different? Quite possibly. Will the post be looked at and thought about so as not to cause a scene? Of course. With CC/Goodear/Loss as mods, regardless of your personal biases against them, they are as objective as they can be towards threads that come up as "questionable" in whatever folders. I think that if you all actually left things up to mods discretion rather than trying to predict or anticipate what mods will do, we'll all lead happier board lives. Now, get back to the topic of the thread. -Josh

That's partially why I'm doing this. I mean, it'd be tremendous fun for me to just line people up and ban them, but since we're going to be weeding out idiots anyway, I figured it'd be a nice gesture to get the rest of the board involved. :-D

Hoff clearly misses the point of having a "You are banned" thread. It allows all of the dissenters to dissent and discussion of bannings to occur in a more orderly fashion than the "OMG Y DID U BAN THAT GUY U GUZY R POWAR ABUSERS~!" posts/PMs that tend to pop up when someone is banned. And while most bannings are usually not made a show out of, this banning has been a show for almost a week now. Gotta end it properly. Totally agree with you on point 4 though. Keep on keepin' on, Hoff.
