Pro Wrestling DVD's: What are some good ones?
B. Brian Brunzell replied to a topic in Television & Film
Imagine that. I'd recommend picking up any of the ECW DVD's. The only one I really don't like is Wrestlepalooza '97. Other than the Lawler invasion, there's nothing on it that entertained me. The "FMW: King of the Deathmatch" is quality, but my favorite is the Hayabusa DVD. I believe it's called "The Flying Assasin." Pick it up if you're a Hayabusa fan like me. -
As much as I don't like them, The White Stripes video for "Fell in Love with A Girl" is pure brilliance, and definitely deserves #1. You make a Lego video, you're alright with me. While I'm on The White Stripes, why is "Dead Leaves on the Dirty Ground" not on the list. It's a great video, although it's a bit creepy. Scarface's "On My Block" is another fab video. I love the way they go through his block from the 50's up to right now. Awesome. And the Doo-Wop piano in the song is tremendous. Stiil my favorite video from the last year or two is still Cake's "Short Skirt/Long Jacket." That video is as genius as it gets. It's masterful. Fabulous. Spectacular.

I concur. Only I replace Lateralus with Undertow.
-
Well, be careful, because in the 69 his Humpty nose WILL tickle your rear.
-
I love the simplicity of "Bike." It's as if Syd became a kid when he wrote that song. But yes, we all agree that "San Tropez" sucks.
-
Well, Low-Ki's back. Sweet Lady McGee! At least I'll be entertained by watching him kick people in the head.
-
Doesn't Foley have a new book coming out soon? If so, he'll just shill on PPV, and probably nothing else.
-
But if they do an injury angle, the WWF should just let Benoit pick apart Angle's leg Crippler style. No lame steel chairs or other crap.
-
Booooo! Were you saying "Boooo" or "Booo-urns"? I was saying "Boooo-urns."
-
I think Steiner would snap and kill him. Or at least wound him.
-
Hampton playing 1B would get better production that what the Braves have there now.
-
On the subject of Pearl Jam, watching them perform "Baba O'Riley" at the Allstate Arena outside of Chicago is one of the highlights of my life. Seeing Type O Negative cover "Light My Fire" was another sweet concert experience.

Whoever it is, the pick will be a failure. It's the BENGALS for Christsakes.
-
"Echoes" is a masterpeice. I think i's the best thing that The Floyd ever wrote as a unit. The dynamics of it are amazing, the lyrics, the music, it just goes on. "Atom Heart Mother" is more brilliance. San Tropez=worst songThe Floyd ever did.

He's also too over and can draw heat. He can't be in the Title hunt.
-
And maybe, what, thirty of them give a damn about this? 31 if you include Tiger Ali Singh 32 if you count Tiger Jeet Singh.
-
Nothing like cleaning out the gene pool.
-
Man, it gets no worse than that last segment. Nothing against Steiner, but give the guy a mouthpeice. His promos suck. On the bright side, RAVEN was on RAW this week. Yay. That'll always make me happy. Put Raven on my tv.
-
Ringmaster? Oh yeah...That guy was stunning.
-
I know that, but still, it hurts.
-
Because that would be too easy. Hey, remember, Vince knows what the fans want more than we know what we want.
-
No mention of The Cure either. Blasphemy x2.
-
As if System of a Down needed to be any worse than they already are. I think calling that "punkadized" is an insult to Punk music.

So then Ross must go as well.
