your WWE SMACKDOWN WORKRATE REPORT- 6/12/2003!
B. Brian Brunzell replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Ya know, I saw Steph for the first time in about 6 months tonight. She looks like she's invaded HHH's stash. I guess SOMEONE has to have balls in their house, seeing HHH's.. .oh nevermind. -
I think next to Exile On Main Street, that Some Girls is the best Stones album. Killer riffs, good enough lyrics, and an overall great groove to the album. Artist: Faith No More

Two words: Mike Patton

"Shane"- Liz Phair

The best bad movie of all-time is Them!. Giant radioactive ants that attack Los Angeles. Is classic. I think that if you look REALLY hard, you can see wires and shit used to control the ants. It's fucking masterful.

Yep, I finally bought Disintegration from The Cure. I've heard the album many times since its debut in 1989, but hadn't heard it in years. I knew I owed it to myself as a fan of all things music to finally purchase the album. That album is not only one of the best albums of the 1980s, but one of the best I've EVER heard. Every track is spendidly written, and I feel that there's no filler, which is always a plus. The title track sums up the entire album with the best lyrics Robert Smith ever wrote. Please folks, share your opinions on this epic opus.

Airborne is a terrible movie. But every time it's on, I find myself watching it for some reason. Maybe I actually like it. It did have a few good lines, such as: "I'm wearing hockey underwear." It also introduced us to Jack Black. Night of the Lepus is another bad movie.

Being the Simpson mark that I am, I totally bought a 'Topes hat just for the fact that they were spawned by the hunger-strike episode.

I'm JACKED up for football this fdall. I'm hoping Tressel's boys can repeat. We still have Krenzell and Clarett, not to mention Chris Gamble. I'm also hoping for good things out of the Bears and the Steelers. The Bears REALLY need a good year after last years disaster. I get especially hyped for the NFL season once Madden is released. When that game comes out, you just KNOW the NFL is right around the corner.

Guinness is *****, as is well, nothing else I've had is *****. Bass and Harp are at about ****1/2, but when combined with the almighty Guinness, you get a Black & Tan at *****, and a Half-and-Half at *****.

What's the best "Guy" movie ever?
B. Brian Brunzell replied to TheOriginalOrangeGoblin's topic in Television & Film
Army of Darkness is a great guy flick. "Alright. LIsten up you primitive screwheads." You can't beat that shit. Animal House is another great guy movie. It's Belushi at his best. And Matheson is fab as Otter. -
Nola is quite possibly the greatest album that Phillip Anselmo has done vocals for. I mean, CFH is great, but that first down album is one of my favorite Metal recordes.

I hear that Oblivion. Once I was tall enough to reach the record player I was all over it. I played everything from Surrealistic Pillow to Street Survivors and all things in between. Mom had some stuff I never liked, like Dan Fogelberg, but for the most part, our records OWNED. And what's wrong with 80s KISS? I like most of it, but then again, I'm a die hard KISS mark.

Buckethead, I think, *IS* better than all of them with the exception of possibly Vai. As far as Blackmore and Paige go, while they're highly influential in the world of Rock/Metal, they can't touch Buckethead, ESPECIALLY Jimmy Paige, who I consider to be the most overrated guitarist in the music business. Sure, he can write a damn good song/riff, but his playing, for the most part, is sloppy. Only in songs like "Stairway to Heaven" and "The Rover" does Paige sound good. Whenever he picks up the tempo, he gets very sloppy, which drags the song down. "Heartbreaker/Living Loving Maid" is the perfect example of this.
