In terms of ratings the Angle segments bombed yes. But it was damn exciting and loved every minute of it.

Convoluted. That's how these two shows sound. I think it'll come off better on tv though. And I really don't mind TNA trying something new once in a while. I like the King of the Mountain matches and I'm interested to see how the wrestlers would defend the ring against an opponent and try to get in while making a match out of it.

I'll ask. I'll say it again, but in the form of a question so people don't bitch; does anyone else see them giving the belt back to Jeff because Kurt took out the referee and he was only the 'ringside enforcer' ? No.

TNA had sworn not to use Nash ever again? I musta missed in that. Just thought that his contract ran out and they had nothing for him.

Wonder if they're even faces. Even Don West at the ppv were saying something like, oh no, they shouldn't bring that doll in the ring and how the stunt was ruining the match.

I don't think TNA has to worry about their fans being split on either watching Grey's or TNA...I know are fans of both shows, but it's not that significant I don't think.

Hopefully if the two hour one time deal with the Angle surprise gets great ratings and the subsequent shows do well, Spike will give TNA the two hours per week. It's all baby steps from Spike, which I'm fine with.

I knew with the hype, even if TNA has hyped so much stuff in the past, would be something that would get people talking, and not in a bad way. I think the light schedule and great talent, it's a good thing for TNA. I'm very surprised and thrilled with the excitement.

Yea, my circle of friends don't watch wrestling anymore, but everytime the subject's brought up, they talk about Goldberg and Sting. But anyway, the announcement doesn't make it seem like it's a signing. I'm predicting head to head and two hours.

Of course it'll help. The hour they already have goes by so quickly and you only see certain guys every other week. 4 hours to build up for a ppv isn't enough when you're not showcasing each match every week.

Then god help us all. Love how your last three or so posts on this forum is just the same bash about Monty. I think if JJ turns face somehow, Christian is that top heel. Though he'll probably get cheered though. They need a full fledged heel-believable and boo'ed.

Dunno why TNA would want to piss off their fans. Anyway, part of the reason Sabin is bland is because he has absolutely little to no promo time. He didn't even have a promo to set up his tag match against Nash and his last one was a yelling match with Jerry Lynn.

I like Monty and feel TNA dropped the ball on him when he was hot a year or so ago. They kept making him a heel, then face, then heel, then tweener and the fans just died out on him. Thus the rebuilding begins.

Not a DQ, but just a no contest. I'm sure the whole DQing = termination of championship is still in effect even though no one talks about it anymore, just because we haven't seen the champ lose by DQ yet since the last time titles switched that way.

Monster's Ball with those three would rule.
