It's going slow for me too. Cena's rapping is cool...but why is in he a feud with Rikishi? I've never even heard Rikishi cut a promo, so it even makes LESS sense...

Okay, my last post in this thread. Ric Flair an old fart? No. I think his wrestling days are past, BUT, I do like his mic work, and his manager role is perfect right now. Jeff Hardy? Hot as hell, BUT, he uses WAY too much paint and recently what little wrestling skills he has, has become completely sloppy and it's really sad to watch him now.

I've always enjoyed listening to his promos, although some of them did drag a bit. Perhaps it's that Texan drawl he has, combined with the gruff voice, combined with the...attitude that is 'Taker. I can't think of the words to exactly describe his attitude.....perhaps a 'Taker fan could help me out here? I'm not talking about his in-ring skills, just his mic work.

Raven's promos are always wonderful, 'Taker's are exceptionally good...but all that would fall apart once they get in the ring. The promos would be great to listen to, BUT, I prefer Raven to continue going with the "Masterpiece"/Flock/Whatever the hell it is, angle. Besides, that 'TAKER CAN'T COME BACK TILL THE RAW SPECIAL!!! At least, I don't want him to come back. I would mark the fuck out if The Undertaker came out to his old music, with long black hair on Raw X....even if he cut the hair the next day (bastard! ), I'd still enjoy seeing The Phenom back for one night/match.

I'm sure the gal fans of Jericho enjoyed THAT one! No matter if Brock wins, I just hope Matt/Shanny get a backstage skit. Not just them, of course...Eddy/Chavo need a backstage segment as well. As long as those two things happen, then my tape is happy. *sigh* Yet I fear Torrie, Dawn, and Al (I REFUSE to put a " / " in there...that's just nasty!!) will get the most air time.

Me and godthedog may not be on the best of terms, but I completely, 100% agree with him on this. The fact that those fans saw a person plunge to their death is enough to scar them for life. The fact that it was Owen Hart made it even more damaging.

Just read through the "least fave poster" thread, but I didn't want to respond too much in there, because I was veering off-topic. Since I'm still a newbie, yet some peeps don't like me, I figured they could bash me (if they so choose to do so) in here. godthedog mentioned how many posts I have, in the "least fave poster thread". Well, the reason being is I post a lot during the RAW/SD threads, and also I did a lot of (immature) posts in the Confidential DVD thread. Not to mention the threads I reply to in the WWE folder.

I'm just curious... who else, besides me, thinks almost all the WWE superstars could be great in movies? I'm not just talking about action movies, ie, Rock. For instance, I think Raven would be EXCELLENT as one of those psycho-killers in a movie. Sooooo, name a few stars you think could "cross over" into the movie world.......

ANOTHER renegade group angle? We've already had the "we're taking over" nWo, the "we're here to have fun, so suck it" DX....what more could we possibly have/?????? And those weren't from the Informer, they were in the "Crystal Ball" section that I copied from with my original post.

I just found this interesting.... In the beginning, they mentioned Hulk Hogan, and the first Wrestlemania. A bunch of stars were talking how they were Hulkamaniacs and stuff. Later on in the program, they had a segment called "Then and Now" with Weird Al Yankovic (a kick-ass singer, but that's just me ) Anyway, the last one was Then: Hulk Hogan.....Now: The Rock. Ummmmm.... I screamed out "No! The Rock is off filming a movie! If anything the star "now" is Triple H---- *pause* ----never mind, I think the Rock is a good choice..."
