Oh yeah, I forgot.

Heaven forbid that WWE actually remind the fans that they are watching a WRESTLING show and that WRESTLERS sustain legitimate injuries from WRESTLING. Goodness, we can't do that. We need to set up some elaborate way for someone to leave for an injury.

And how is Angle going to wrestle Benoit exactly? Just make it a short match, if not hardly a match at all. I think if they did a quick thing with Angle coming up from behind Benoit with a swing and Benoit immediately ducks and then gets him in the Crossface (and then goes to a typical Benoit-Angle series of reversals with that) which makes Angle taps that work work. I'll even take that a step further and say Angle actually sells something from the neck injury during the Crossface, like say Benoit has him in it and all of a sudden Angle screams about his neck, taps and then is even carried out on a stretcher. Would get Benoit super over leading to Mania w/ Lesnar as he would not just beat Angle but injure him from his finishing move. That word cause way too much stress on Angle's already injured neck. The crossface!? Are you insane? Youngblood was specific in saying Kurt CANNOT WRESTLE AT ALL. Just have him come out next week and give a speech saying he won't be able to compete due to a legitimate injury. It's so incredibly simple. Then just have a tournament to decide lesnar's challenger and have both men compete for the title at WM. Done.

Oh God. I've figured it out. The absolute STUPIDEST way to explain kurt not bring Champion and being out for a long while ruining Kurt in every way possible and offending as many people as they can. They're gonna kill him off. Haha, I can sadly see them doing something like that at this point. However it's not complete unless it's Brock Lesnar who does the deed and does so effortlessly, just to humilate Kurt one last time. Only then will it fit as a current WWE storyline. I just hope and pray they don't actually force/let Kurt wrestle in any sort of match before he leaves. I'd hate for him to be crippled for life.

I hate how everything has to be an angle. They simply can't just let Kurt come and say he is injured legimately and bow out. They have to keep it in some stupid storyline. Knowing WWE they will probably do something to Kurt to make him look even worse as he's leaving, they've done nothing but crap all over him since his feud with Lesnar started. Garbage.

Well, there goes one of the few bright spots of WWE television for one year. I don't know how I'm gonna last without my weekly does of Angle. I wanna wish him all the best on his recovery. At least now he'll get some richly deserved time off to spend with his wife and daughter.

Yeah, I was really surprised. Austin's response was pretty decent, as was The Rock's, but no where near what I was expecting. I thought Austin was gonna get a huge sustained reaction for his big return to free television, but alas, the crowd was sitting on their hands. The show was nothing special either, another factor in the crowd reaction. Most of them were probably asleep by the time Austin came out.

Sure Bob, I don't mind.

Bob, you can take it from here if you want.

Landsberg compliments Bret on how good he looks, he has relatively short hair. When Bret first had his stroke, he couldn't feel anything other than in the tips of his toes and fingers. He almost died, something most people don't realize. The day he had the stoke he was invited to the G8 summit by a U.N. representative, so he decided to ride his bike downtown to check out the G8 scene. He had the stroke while riding his bike there. He talks about that his muscle mass hindered him after his stroke because it's more weight to drag around when recuperating, but he got stronger and it was easier. Commercial break.

If no one else does it, I'll try to recap.

Speaking of Austin, WWE now has the February issue of the magazine in shopzone and on it's publications heading. When does it hit newstands, or has it already?

The way Landsberg always interrupts in these interviews has bugged me for awhile now. -

I'm watching. Lawler always seems so different when he's not doing his character, he sounds much more intelligent. -
I was at the house-show last night, and it was pretty good. It was my first live WWE event, and the crowd was pretty hot which made it all the more enjoyable. In the first match, both Knoble and Spanky blew about a total of around 4 spots, and whenever one of them would the crowd booed. It wasn't a very good opening match, because it seemed really rushed, no doubt because their flights were apparently delayed or something. The show started 45 minutes later than it was supposed to. After that though, it was pretty solid throughout. Gail Kim really impressed me with her selling and moveset. Matt Hardy cut a funny promo about "Saskaton, Saskatoon,Saskatchamatchee" and it's lack of Mattitude. He just basically jibbered out the name of the city everytime he said it to great effect. Nathan Jones was also pretty damn impressive physically, however he did your basic power moves. Nothing fancy other than a delayed overhead toss which looked sort of like an armdrag, because he did it with one arm. His ring attire looked almost like UFC kind of gear. Kanyon got some pretty big pops and ran around the ring a couple of times giving everyone high-fives and generally being hyper before the match got under way. It was really good to see him again, although he did have a bit of ring rust. Benoit's match with A-train was fairly decent, all things considering. A-train sold his arm off and on throughout the match, as Benoit continually locked on the crossface. Huge pops for Benoit. Eddy Guerrero had tons of "EDDY" chants throughout the match, and the ref kept yelling at him to keep his hand on the tag rope, which he later undid and then re-tied it onto the top rope so he could slide it along as he walked. Angle and Edge was your standard affair, but a real treat to see none-the-less. Heyman's heel promo about Saskatoon was pretty damn funny, and majority of the crowd was laughing too hard to boo him. Angle and Edge both came out to huge, huge reactions. Overall, really enjoyable. I took a ton of pictures with some disposable camera's, but unfortunately they're all terrible quality. The ring looks like it's 200 feet away, when in reality it was more like 40-50. I'm pretty disappointed with that since some were pretty good shots and none of them are now worth keeping. Oh, and this is my first post here. I've been a lurker for awhile, but decided to finally post.
