I agree with Kotzen, Coach needs to break into the Charleston after an attack. Just picture it, he rushes into the ring with a chair, brains someone with it, and then starts doing the Charleston over top of the fallen wrestler before heading to the back. That would get him over so quickly it would make your head spin. It's money in the bank, Vince!

All controllers still pale to the excellence of the SNES controller, the one which PS stole it's design from. I own the demo disc of SCII on gamecube and the controller thing is a non-issue for me. I have no trouble adapting to any controller to play a game, I don't see why you all make a big deal out of it. Framerate and loading advantages (slight or major they may be), and Link make the choice a no brainer though. He's the only character that could even feasibly fit into the context of the game. Spawn? A modern comic character that uses guns more than anything, just another example of Todd McFarlane trying to get his thumbs into another pie, very weak. Heitachi, better, but he still doesn't fit as the only non-weapon fighter in the game.

Nintendo has said on MANY occasions they would never just do games for other consoles. The day they stop working in consoles is the day Mario and Luigi, Donkey Kong, Zelda and Link, and Metroid die.

Benoit is okay for being "intense" on the stick, but he can't do anything else, just like RRR and LOTC say Kurt can only do comedy/goofball promos. Benoit trying to do anything humorous is painful, and his taunts are obscenely weak as well. They're both good/okay at certain aspects of mic work and average at others, leave it at that. However I don't know where LOTC is getting this Kurt flubbing his lines and being rubber necked stuff, I've never noticed it. That being said, these arguments never go anywhere. Man#1:"I'm right!" Man#2:"Oh no, you are not, sir. It is I who is right." Man#1:"No, I'm right. You're dumb." Man#2:"I believe it is you who is dumb, while I am right." Etc.

Either way, I'm sure HHH will pull it together in time for the SummerSlam match. It won't be pretty, but damn it, that plucky underdog will make it to SummerSlam!

It would be interesting, to be sure, and could really be a good money maker for the company. Think about the riveting moveset: Big boot, legdrop, Pose versus Spear, Jackhammer, Pose. I doubt people the world over could handle or appreciate the sheer technical skill the match would contain. In all seriousness I sincerely doubt Vince would bring Hogan back again so quickly after their relationship soured these past couple months. Your post gave me a funny idea though, Hogan could come back to RAW and say HE is the true HHH, Hollywood Hulk Hogan, and compete in a program with HHH. It would be Steiner/HHH all over again. Money in the bank, Vince. Money in the bank.

Yeah, what gives? They were building him up to hyper-badass levels in the last few matches he's been in, and now suddenly he needs saving by Lesnar again. Plus, the way Vince was talking it sounded like they were gonna make Angle a heel again, even though he's getting the loudest face pops on Smackdown!. Ugh, and here I was hoping it would be a better reign than last time. There's still hope, but so far it's not very promising.

I imagine they gave Angle the title because he is wrestling on borrowed time. He's gonna be retiring in the next year or two, while Brock has plenty of time to build up his legacy. I'm a happy man though, Lesnar wasn't working well as a babyface champ.

I'd say only one or two of these ladies actually has an interest in wrestling. Most of them list as their favourites the most well known wrestlers to non-wrestling fans (i.e. Rock, Austin). One even had such lofty ambitions as "Staying a model". Amazing! I also love the one who had "?" as favourite wrestler and "?" for favourite Diva. Oh yeah, she really knows what it takes to be a diva for WWE. You can tell she has a vested interest in the product.

Uh... care to rephrase that? The only reason Goldberg was over in WCW was for that exact reason, so I don't understand how you can accuse HHH of that and then ignore the fact that Goldberg did it worse.

More power to him, is all I have to say. If he's only going to be around another year or two I don't want to see him almost jobbing to rookies (Cena, Spanky, etc) like they had him doing before his surgery. Besides, he's been the company man for so long and Vince and Co. still walk all over him. It's about time he started using his clout. If these truly are his last years as a performer, I want him in the main event constantly. He deserves no less.

It's a circus toy, so it's basically a cheap knock-off. No self-respecting toy company in their right mind would let something like this go out on the shelves, it would be too damaging. I remember a while ago Square was talking about "remastering" all 3 of the Playstation Final Fantasy's (VII, VIII, IX) with all new next generation graphics for PS2, and then bundling them together for sale. Did they scrap that idea in favor of this? I never minded FF8 all that much, I don't understand why it gets so much hate. Chrono Cross was excellent in my opinion, but if you were looking for a game that will match up with Chrono Trigger, don't hold your breath. As Special K said, Square has set their standards for excellence so high that it's impossible for them to match it now. And another thing I've learned, nostalgia is a dangerous thing...oftentimes we remember things being better than they actually were.
