Anyone have an "explanantion" for the Women's Tag Team title switch that happened in "Egypt"?
-
Oh no! I just watched this again last night and it is sooooo very awesome! Maybe not the "MOTY" but still...
-
Well it's better than the demographic that were attracting... No One. Screw that! BRAVO is one of my favorite channels! The Larry Sanders Show, Inside the Actor's Studio, good movies, etc.!
-
The best ones I've seen (not that I've seen many but...) were the Bret Hart one, the Harley Race one, the Bobby Heenan one, and the Jim Cornette one (all from RF Video).
-
Definitely HALO. The old GOLDENEYE game was great (certainly better than the movie). Jaws was a pain in the ass!

I finally got the Shawn Michaels DVD and I got to thinking about the matches on it. -vs. Razor Ramon (the best match of Scott Hall's career) -vs. Diesel (the best match of Nash's career) -vs. Mankind (the best match of Foley's career) vs. the Undertaker (are we seeing a pattern here?) Granted, the Hart match and the HHH match probably aren't the best of their careers (although the HHH match is the best HHH match since 2000) but they're amazing matches just the same. Flair may be able to get decent-to-good matches out of just about anyone but I think Michaels gets GREAT matches out of more wrestlers than anyone.

Nailz-Virgil was at Wembley. Nailz-Bossman was a Nightstick match at that year's Survivor Series. It was probably Nailz' best match. Which is saying NOTHING.
-
I thought he had some great matches with Sting and Cactus but don't think most of his other WCW/WWF matches were that good.
-
Vader had good matches with a variety of opponents in All Japan *after* 1996, which means that in 1996, he didn't suck. Since he didn't suck years after 1996, he couldn't have sucked then?
-
Do any of you guys not like the Evil Dead series?
Betty Houle replied to a topic in Television & Film
I love Evil Dead 2. Evil Dead 1 is ok. Army of Darkness was a waste of time. -
Vader sucked by 1996. In fact, I'm not sure if he ever was THAT good.
-
two words: ~MOTHERFUCKIN' HALO!
-
Cause it's got more games than Cube and XBox combined? True. But most of the games I want are available for X-Box or Gamecube so I'm quite hapy without the PS2.
-
Own the X-Box. It's awesome. Own the Gamecube. the controller blow but it has a lot of fun games you can't play elsewhere. Why own the PS2??

I consider all factors when considering how great a wrestler is and that includes peronality, talking ability, charisma, the ability to interact wit the crowd, etc., etc. So Jericho is better. Benoit is #2. Daniels is good but let's get serious. And I'm not even sure who Sabin is!

All the guys named above were fairly capable wrestlers at the time they faced Michaels, so it's not like it was an HBK one-man show like Flair had to do, plus Michaels never had to carry slugs like Luger, Nikita Koloff, Butch Reed, and a bunch of Von Erichs, who were all carried by Flair to great or near-great matches. Some of the Von Erichs were hardly "slugs". David in particular was a damn good worker. And Michaels carried plenty of subpar guys (Nash, Sid, Yokozuna). Considering Michaels' singles career predominantly only lasted 6 years (1992-1998), it's pretty impressive how many guys had their best match with him.

The Ted Dibiase one was the best!
-
Depp will have the role and it will be Burton's "dark vision" of Willie Wonka. And it will probably suck.
-
The MTM Show had it's spin-offs. All in the Family and Happy Days had a bunch of them. Cheers had a few. How come the hugely successful Roseanne didn't (although it was at least twice talked about)?
-
Anyone remember AFTER M*A*S*H*?
-
Not sure, but wasn't "Benson" a spin-off from "Soap"? BENSON was indeed a SOAP spin-off and it was a prett ok show for a while.
-
I doubt we'll see either show return with new epidsodes. Too bad cuz Futurama was a fun little show! The Family Guy was quite lame tough.

Who the Hell was the sedond BB? I thought Dan Whatever was first and Ted Kord was second...

MAYBE this happens. Veidt's plan is dependant on the fact that no one will ask questions; that people will accept what they've been told. If the US Goverment learns there's a chance this is bullshit, they investigate. If they investigfate, they find something is hinky. IF the journal gets printed. IF it gets investigated. IF. Alan Moore loves open endings that ask IF.
