  1. There have been rumblings of another WWE diva appearing nude in Playboy. We've heard plenty of names ... Victoria, Molly Holly, and Lita among them.

Truth is just one WWE diva will appear ... in the April issue ... Christy Hemme, according to a WWE insider. The RAW Diva Search winner and former Juggy on The Man Show, Hemme stands 5-foot-5, with 34C-25-35 measurements. The Playboy issue will be on newsstands early in March.

  2. Doesn't Paul owe RVD a lot of money? So, in a way, it makes sense for him not to wrestle. We need this PPV to be as authentic as possible. Oh and there better not be any money for any kind of sets or video screens. Watch the WWE mess this up.

No. The only way RVD agreed to appear at ECW Guilty As Charged 2001 was if Heyman paid him everything he was owed, and he did. Hence, RVD showed up and wrestled Jerry Lynn.

And Paul Heyman & Tazz would be doing commentary? Fuck that. Bring back Joey Styles or I don't give a shit.

  3. Eric Bischoff in the open on Raw put over that they were coming from Tokyo. It's kind of weird because Saitama is a different and major city of its own. It would be like if All Japan did a taping in Philadelphia and said it was New York, on the guise that their audience would only know New York.

That's pretty damn disrespectful to Saitama.

  4. Hold it in the UK for a guarenteed hot crowd.

    Bad idea.

This is the era of instant information. If they did this, it would have to be on 5-hour tape delay just like SummerSlam 1992 in the UK. It was a lot less risky in 1992 because the Internet was nowhere near where it is now in terms of casual use, so the only way to find out what happened was to call the Observer or Torch 1-900 numbers. It's 2005 today, and everyone could instantly look up what happened and tell their non-smark friends what happened and so on. The word would spread like VD in summer camp in 5 hours for the biggest show of the year. The risk here is if it is a bad show and/or the main event doesn't end up the way people want it (HHH beating Batista and/or JBL beating John Cena for example), people won't order it and it could really damage the buy rate. I wouldn't sacrifice that for a "guaranteed hot crowd". I could see them doing this for a little junky PPV like Taboo Tuesday or something, but not one of the big 4 and certainly not the biggest of the 4.

You can take out San Diego, SF and San Jose since i strongly doubt they will do two straight Californian Mania's. Jacksonville doesn't have a major indoor venue. Phx is certaintly a open choice but it's pratically another californian location. San Antonio is a possibility. Columbus isn't appealing enough for a Mania location and it's not a good city anyways wrestling wise. Memphis is a strong wrestling market. As is Baltimore. Ft.Worth is basically shared with dallas for big venue, so i merged those two into one. Milwakue is possible but is vince going to do a second baseball field in 5 years? and DC hosts the 2005 SummerSlam.

Um, where the hell is Atlanta on that list?

  6. From PWTorch:

Randy Orton didn't suffer a concussion. That appears to be part of the storyline of the match and may be part of where they're going from this point with Orton. The concussion storyline could possibly play a significant role in a shift of how his character is portrayed. With Batista taking over what was originally scheduled to be a Rumble win by Orton (months ago, when the original idea was that Orton was going to have to win the Rumble to earn a title shot against Triple H at WrestleMania), Orton has to change to not appear lost in the shuffle. It's acknowledged - even by him - that his character has gone off course, so some moves will be made to give him a new direction.

  7. Orton being in the title match at WrestleMania 21 would make zero sense. He's not deserving of a title match anymore after HHH beat him clean at the Royal Rumble. At least Shawn Michaels had the excuse that he was never truly beaten by HHH that let him squeeze into the title match.

It would be just as stupid as Kevin Nash being named #1 contender to the NWA Title, despite being the first person eliminated from the triple threat match at Final Resolution.
