Or Matt Morgan.

1) You're not justified. 2) Its still against the rules. Please go away.

This is a non-flaming forum.

Mods?

Ya think?

I already won this argument. I had a better view of the arena than you did. I'm telling you that you're wrong. Please stop embarrassing yourself by calling people names who disagree with you and who are in a better position to know what they are talking about.
-
Word.
-
You don't know what you're talking about. The crowd tonight was 100% behind Orton. I know because I was there.
-
Looks aren't everything. Christy's popularity (even if by default) is based on the fact she comes across as someone who likes to have fun, as opposed to Carmella who is better looking, but seems terribly bored and boring.
-
BUT...I...WAS...THERE!
-
Fiction. That dude was getting pops from everyone in the arena tonight. Not as loud as HBK's. Not as prolonged as Flair's. But he was definitely getting some crowd noise.
-
Sorry, but Orton got huge pops. Then so did Angle last year and in 2001. Roughly the same reaction, and I think it's fair to say that the company considered those runs bombs (as did most people). Huh? Dude, I was IN the Arena. I know what kind of reaction he was getting. That's nice. On TV, it's not good for his spot at all. Arena reports had Angle getting the biggest pop of the show summer 03. That didn't translate at all. Perhaps the reactions aren't as tepid as they seem over TV. But they're not good. Your whole argument was based on Orton not getting good pops in his home state, when he clearly was. Now you're arguing that crowd heat at the arena doesn't matter? Do you even read your own posts? You're contradicting yourself.
-
He had a dark match tonight. I was kind of pissed that the crowd booed him just for being Muslim (serious heat for praising Allah and pulling out a carpet and praying) before he even did anything heelish.

No one in the audience that I'm aware of made the connection. I'd be willing to bet he likes the heat. He seemed really into the "its not my fault" promo he cut.
-
Ouch! A random chick got more negative reactions than the champ? Whatta burn! He got a lot of noise, but some of it was face pops, so I didn't count it as heat.

Sorry, but Orton got huge pops. Did anybody see my signs? I had three: 2004 Ballot _v_ Bischoff ___ Bush ___ Kerry Y2J+4 (that was for JHawk) and PWN3D I had a Hurricane sign I didn't use because he never did anything heelish. (It read: "Hurricane, Go Back to Florida!") Random comments and questions... Did Christy's post-beatdown speech make it on TV? Dammmmmmn, Molly looks fucking awesome in person. Dark/Heat Matches were: Muhammed Hussan vs. local jobber Benoit vs. Rodney Mack Conway w/Grenier vs. Maven Stevie Richards vs. Chuck Palumbo Kemper Arena was BARELY 1/2 full. The Simon System promo got big laughs from the live crowd. The reason for the "baby killer" chant was a promo that I beleive was done during the commerical break. The three guys in the Eugene skit seemed to be legit marks pulled out by Regal during a commerical break, but the long-haired guy was probably a plant. Did I mention how good Molly looked? Biggest pops: HBK Flair Orton Benoit George Bush (during the Foley/Bradshaw debate commercial) Biggest heat: -Gene the Baby Killer -Carmella -Triple H -Christian

- The plan right now is to turn Hurricane heel. WWE management figured that the character no longer had any potential as a face and feel that he would make an interesting heel. credit: 411 Will Ric Flair get involved in the angle? Wouldn't it be better just to give him a different gimmick if he turns heel? Will they wait until they do a show in Florida before doing the full turn? Will he feud with Rosey? *shudder* Is this the end of merchandising pay-offs for Shane Helms? Tune in to Raw every Monday... ...same Hurri-time! ....same Hurri-channel!

Based on the crappy map they have on the ticketmaster website, my tickets would appear to be in the risers facing the cameras on the lower level. I'd say my chances of getting on TV are pretty good. I have not made any signs yet, though. The one I was thinking about is: "IGN GIVES HHH's GAME a 3.4 (Not an average)"
-
That was the night it debuted, wasn't it?
-
Three. Two weeks of Hurricane being a super ass. Third week, Hurricane comes out and continues being a super ass, when Randy Orton's music hits to a tepid reaction. He comes out, puts Hurricane in his PLACE~! as the crowd goes mild, and walks away. This will all be part of a larger angle where HHH pisses off Orton beforehand. Hurricane then goes on to lose the blowoff with Rosey and decends into jobberville. So we're going by the week he does the big job as the first week of his depush? I thought we were counting down to the week he gets actually put in an insignificant jobber match as the starting point. Let's be clear on the rules, here.

Updated: HELLO, CHRISTY Sept. 27, 2004 The WWE will welcome its newest Diva on RAW Monday. Christy Hemme, who just last week won the $250,000 RAW Diva Search, will get a party thrown in her honor by Women’s Champion Trish Stratus. Also, what will be the fallout from the tragic news Kane and Lita received last week, as the couple lost their baby? We also move one week closer to Taboo Tuesday, what major ramifications could the WWE’s first-ever interactive pay-per-view have for the entire RAW roster? And, most importantly, will Y2JERK be really sorry he wasted money to see a this show live? After the last two weeks of mediocrity, is there even the remotest chance tonight's program will be good? Will he get on TV? Or will he spend the entire evening with someone's "Game Over" blocking his view? Tune in and watch RAW, live from Kansas City, on Spike TV (9/8 CT)
