I understand what you're going for. I just don't agree with that being used as the reason why a team WILL win or not. Because like I said, teams don't always do what they are supposed to do. In broad stroke theory all games are Must win... games, they help or hurt your record.

I was just searching around the interwebs and got some random "Find someone in Provo!" pop-up thing that I assume rolls off where your IP is coming from and tosses out someplace regional to you. Pretty normal shit I suppose. All good, but the thing that made me chuckle was it was two black girls. I've grew up in a neighboring town to Provo. There's like 2 black girls in the whole city, and they were adopted by white people.

That's exactly how I roll. All I ask out of my hotel is that I have a decently clean location and that it's not in a terrible spot. One of the worse hotel spots I stayed at in recent memory was at the Travelodge in Vegas in 2005 in late summer. I was only going to stay there for the first night because I know how iffy it could be, but the location was convenient since it was right there on the strip, smooshed in between the Aladdin and a tiny strip of late night convenience stores. I went to the Excalibur for the next couple nights after that, but the location was definitely really sketched out, the room's a/c and heating barely worked, and the shower, oh god don't even get me started. But you know what, I slept and was able to sleep comfortably, and it was pretty cheap. Even if it's cheap, usually when you find a hotel that's in a suburb or right by the airport, you're guaranteed it'll be a decent hotel. Also, ViciousFish is fucking kidding himself if he thinks he's getting clean sheets every day and a place that isn't disease ridden at a spot that's not at least $100. One of my best friends works at the Holiday Inn in Norman, OK and he's got a lot of stories to tell not just from H.I., but from the other hotels they manage, and trust me if that's the reason you're paying more, you're not in luck. I've stayed at that Travelodge, when I had an early flight and didn't want to bother my cousin by having to drive me to the airport at 5 am. It's a dive, but it was clean and the bed didn't suck. You can hit decent enough places in the range of 60-80 dollars a night depending on the area and time of year easy.

I'm conflicted... I want Utah to succeed because the MWC needs more respect, but I grew up three miles from LaVell Edwards Stadium, and it pains me to see Utah succeed. Ideally Utah manages to hang around and screw with people's minds for awhile and BYU knocks them off in the Holy War.

I actually always kinda had a soft spot for Chuck. He wasn't going to be a world beater or anything, but when he'd punch a guy and then shake out his fist. That was a thing of beauty. He could have been a solid tag guy for a long time, or topping out with a charity IC/US run and I don't think anybody would have been too bent out of shape.

Maybe he moved to Planet Stasiak.

The thing is she's usually cool about it, I mean we wanted to have a kid, and then other shit just piled up all of the sudden which led to the divorce. Mainly her overly controlling nature, and my tendency to not give a fuck and shutdown when stressed out. She wants what is best for our son, but her logic is flawed. She knew one person who happened to fall ass backwards into a great paying easy ass job in these parts and think they are everywhere. I've looked for another job, you can't get hired at more than 8 dollars an hour, because people know that they can find someone who will take that pay, if not lower just because they are backed against the wall. I make 14 and change an hour, which isn't bad. Even in slow times I manage to pull down 350 a week, which is survivable here, but I can't go shelling out half my monthly income because she didn't like her apartment and had to move into a nicer place and then is tight with cash. I get all her reasons, it's a better neighborhood, it's closer to her parents, all of that shit, but it was _her_ choice, not mine to move there. I have no problem in sending more when I can afford the extra cash flow her way, none at all, he's my son and I have the duty to take care of him and if I can't physically do that then I should provide financial assistance to do so, but she gets used to a certain amount coming in every two weeks and then even when I remind her that the checks are going to get smaller during the winter she still wants the same amount. And she's actually usually reasonable about shit like this, I think she was just having a bad day (I know she broke up with a boyfriend recently so I'm likely paying for his sins) and I was always the scapegoat for anything wrong in her world. (Although I stirred up enough shit to warrant being yelled at on my own, in the interest of fairness). Off topic, but Muggy's abortion song is so wrong, so hilariously wrong.
