The likeliest thing would be that Seattle wins the naming rights, color scheme, logo, etc, so the league couldn't really do anything about it and would be forced to rename the franchise. And if the team moves, I think that would be the best case scenario for Seattle with the option of getting a team back sometime in the future. Now we can play, Name the OKC team with colours!

Duh, the Cougar didn't pass the Hygiene Test, thus it was exterminated.
