I think that D-Wade will be known for that great run that one year, but his play style will not allow him to get back to that level any time soon (with the cast around him). I've been reading some of your posts and either you have a life worthy of a tell-all book or you're a really creative writer. My Grandfather on my mother's side survived the Armenian Genocide (he lost three brothers), had 18 children (16 with my grandmother), with his last child coming at age 71 and he died at age 95. My other grandfather fought in WWII and died young. I'm not sure if he died in the War though. Are you besmirching the Poster of the Year? ARE YOU?!?!?!?!

When I was passing the headline in the grocery store I thought she might be giving the child up for private adoption, which I considered horrible... until I found out the woman that raised an unstable Britney and a girl who tossed aside her career by getting pregnant is getting the child. EDIT: When I mean horrible, not for giving an unplanned baby up for adoption, but for the inevitable circus around the kid and the people trying to adopt them. Half my cousins are adopted from mothers who were unable to care for them and I'm anti-using abortion as a late form of birth control. This is the time when you hope some crazy ass barren Maternity Nurse steals the kid, moves to Brazil and raises it as her own. It'd be better for the kid.

It's a Stanislovsky (sp?) Method of acting, live the character at all times to fully become the character. Gets real awesome results, but I doubt that it would lead to a suicide/OD now. Most likely it was a combination of insomnia, depression from the break up, or some unknown mental condition that lead to the OD/reason for death.

On NCAA 07 I just had the greatest scoring flurry in the history of everything. Ran in a touchdown... caused a fumble on the kickoff which I returned for a touchdown... ran an interception back on the second play after the next kickoff for a touchdown... three and out and ran the punt back for a touchdown... and cause another fumble on the kickoff and throw for a touchdown on a three yard dump off pattern and juke three defenders on my way to the endzone. Poor Duke. Just thought I'd share. Also I was just on Varsity, but it was still freaking amazing. You should have seen it.

Marv I disagree he was using a common Musical Theater device when someone is cast in a role that might just be a touch out of their range or if you are a renowned actor cast in his first singing role and don't want to totally destroy your cred. Knowing that it's common and having seen "talking in time" used before it didn't bother me, in fact it gave the Sweeney character a little different slant seperating him from the rest of the cast. In fact most Soundheim that I've seen done usually has periods of really fast lyrics that are dictated tuneless anyways, or relatively similarly pitched. I did hate the endless reprises, but that's Soundheim for you. Write 5 songs and beat them to death during the course of the show. I saw it last week and still have Joana stuck in my head. It had some really great comical moments and the build to the finale was fantastic. I'll agree on Lovett's Dream sequence that hits you with a blare of bright colors that seem even more vivid in contrast the bleak tone of the rest of the picture. Even if you didn't know the director was Burton, you'd know it was just based on the way it looks. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who likes Musical Theater, or Johnny Depp.

That was like the other expert, the actual journalist made some attempt to check the game and only had a comment on the easy access to the website which just required an age identification, but had no "questionable material" in and of itself. Stuff like this always reminds me of the time a dad walked up to me in a game store while I was browsing and asked my opinion on a game similar to GTA, but not GTA, I pointed out the Medal of Honor series as it has similar elements of sniping, driving, etc, and had a T rating and he wound up getting Hitman instead and I said, "Oh so you are just objecting to a car shaking back and forth while parked?" Parents need to step up and stop throwing their hands in the air and take an active investment in what their kids are playing. I have an aunt that has me screen any game that her kids want since she knows zero about games, and knows I'll at least give her accurate information. We got into a debate in this in one of my education courses if Video Games cause more violence in schools and it was amazing to me how fast people would go to "well the neighbors have it" defense. "We can block it in our house, but they can go to a neighbors house and play it." Yeah, that's true, but you can know what's accurately in the game and discuss the content with your kids, maybe even rent the game and sit down and play it with them and tell them specifics of why you don't like the games content. Tossing a blanket, "This is banned" is just going to make the kids want to play it more. It was pretty funny watching all these people just get flustered and not being able to argue anything but the same three points and the teacher commented that our Pro-Game side was the only class in three years to win the debate.
