I doubt it, at least for this offseason. The economy won't affect teams for real until next season, when the impact of all those unsold tickets is known. Only prudent front offices will try and hold the line on salaries, and the one team I know of that is in the market for a lot of players is anything but fiscally prudent, as far as I can see.
