Okay, I was hoping that'd be the case. My camera can record about 35 seconds of video if there are no pictures saved, but that's it. I just want to take some photos during the show and of course afterward if I am fortunate enough to meet any wrestlers.

Well, I'd be disappointed if I didn't get to meet the love of my life, but I'm a mark so it's always cool to meet any wrestlers. I take it they have no problem with people bringing in a digital camera, correct?

Do the TNA wrestlers actually come out for pictures and autographs after the show, or are the only ones who do guys like Kurt Angle who charge $20 for Polaroids? I'd enjoy meeting any TNA wrestler, but a picture with Velvet Sky would be my highlight of the night.

I thought I read that Detroit didn't have room for him on their roster, or something. In regards to the parking, you could always take the Metrolink. There's a station within walking distance of Staples. I've taken the train there for both WrestleMania 21 as well as E3 at the LACC.

I guess I missed something. *points to custom user title* The Kings looked great in their 4-0 win. If not for a terrible 2nd period against Colorado and some stupid penalties against the Sharks in game 2, they'd be 4-2 or 5-1 rather than 3-3. The game against Nashville tomorrow is radio only, but I'll be at the Ontario Reign's home opener anyway. Has anyone else seen any live hockey yet this season? Also, does anyone know of any torrents to download games? I think tomorrow's game is on Nashville TV.

Well, I can't claim to know much about the Blues, Czech, but they're still only 2-3 like the Kings prior to this game. I'd imagine that it's like other sports where things will balance out as more games are played. Neither team will retain their top spot in those respective categories for the duration. That being said, they just had a big scuffle with every player on the ice involved. Mainly a lot of grabbing, though. Oh, and I must mention that I find it amusing that the Blues have a player named Hinote. EDIT : Damn, another fight.

Good first period for the Kings in St. Louis. They're up 2-0 on goals from Quincey and O'Sullivan, and they kept up their (so far) best PK at 24 for 24 against the (so far) best power play in the league.

The fact that the font used for Jeff Jarrett's name in his video is the Guitar Hero logo font is so awesome.

I'm pretty sure you're joking, but either way, it's funny how liberally people throw around the term "stalking" in relation to MySpace. Happens pretty often. My prediction? Rays in 6. What I want? Phillies in 7. Against any other NL opponent besides the Dodgers, I'd root for the Rays as I love to see underdogs win out. But fellow GHS alum Jayson Werth is on the Phillies, and it'd be awesome to see an acquaintance of mine- only hung out with him a couple times years ago, but still, reppin' the school- get a ring.

I'm glad you've joined the wonderful world of hockey, Matt. That said, you might want to scale back your posting to better match the pace and rhythm of the monthly threads. Postgame analysis is great. Asking questions about teams around the league is spectacular. Running commentary on a last-place team? Probably not adding a tremendous amount to the discourse. I know you're eager to demonstrate that you're a hockey guy now, but that overcompensation may rub a few people the wrong way. You might want to slow down a tad, read more and write less for now, and by the November thread you'll fit right in. I have some Savard thoughts a little later. I have to go eat some lunch first! Point taken, and thanks for the constructive criticism. I watched the last 2 games after the fact on tape since I had stuff to do, so I wouldn't have had the chance to post during them anyway. Aside from, well, all of game 1 and the 2nd period of the Colorado game, the Kings have looked a lot better than I expected this year based on what I know about their recent history.

I've only heard of 5 of those bands.

I love this game so far (6 hours in), but I have 2 major complaints: 1) The hideout, at least the underground one, is very confusing, and you can't set waypoints to get yourself out. It takes me 5, sometimes 10 minutes if I'm deep in, to find my way out. Very frustrating. 2) I mentioned this before, but the game looks to be really, really short. I'm pretty sure that if I hadn't been out of town Friday-Sunday and unable to play more than 30 minutes each on Monday and last Thursday, I'd have the game beaten 100%.
