When should John Cena Drop the Belt?

Randy Orton at SummerSlam or Unforgiven. -
LivingLegend, thanks again for keeping us up to date on the bonus exclusive disc info.

What's with WWE always trying to intentionally book The Great American Bash to be the shittiest PPV of the year? Seriously, aside from last year (which I thought was the best SD PPV since Vengeance 2003 and No Mercy 2004), GAB has sucked complete ass, KOTR 95 levels here, since its been brought back. The funny part is I was initially going to attend this PPV because my buddy in San Jose had a free ticket for me, but this was before Lashley was named the number one contender for the WWE Championship. So then I still had faith in Edge / Kane and then that went up in smoke so I said fuck it, its not worth the travel and I'm glad I didn't go after reading these results tonight. The only match I gave a shit about MVP / Hardy and I'm glad to know the match was decent, I'll definitely have to get a copy of it. They should continue this feud, it'll be fun! Wait, Orton won his match by pinfall? I thought you could only win a Texas Bullrope Match by touching the corners? Or is that only for title matches?

I know you'd feel that way if it was Regal instead! -
Of course, its going to look way better in the actual film footage, but Ledger looks like Sting with green hair in those pics.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

One reason on how well your run is depends on how well you're booked. Chris Jericho and Rey Mysterio were booked to be failures from the get-go, not once were they made to be taken seriously as the world champion IMO. Chris Benoit wasn't the main focus at all during his title run on RAW while Eddie Guerrero had a skeleton crew to work with on Smackdown. Bret Hart wasn't the WWF Champion much when the 12 PPVs a month deal was started. Shawn Michaels had a long run for most of 1996 and he didn't do great, but I'll credit that to him just being a terrible babyface champion. By the way, I lost a lot of respect for Rey Mysterio. I hope his ass goes to jobberville when he comes back. He's added more to the embarrassment of the company with him being involved in the steroid scandal. -
Great choices! I'd get them all except for Shane O' Mac.

When Was The Last Time You Were Surprised By A Match Finish?
Lil' Bitch replied to Chazz's topic in The WWE Folder
Biggest surprise finish thus far: Cena over HHH cleanly at Wrestlemania 22. I didn't think Cena had a chance in Hell of retaining the WWE Championship. This year: Cena losing to HBK cleanly in the Wrestlemania 23 rematch. The worst part was that it was non-title! Edge going over Batista three times in a row consecutively on PPV. Two of which were clean with Mark Henry nowhere in sight! (I expected WWE to try the Batista / Henry feud again.) -

Not that I know of. Finkel, Garcia, and Chimel would always address So and So as "The WWE Champion" -

Speaking of Jaa, I thought that nod to Chan in the Protector (the run-in if anybody knows what I'm talking about) was nice.

Apparantly, Batista is looking to get into the music scene now. -
Pretty much. Look at what happened with Sahara.

It looks good so I'll check it out.

I'm pretty excited for the main event. Haven't seen that stipulation used since IYH 3.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

I can't believe they're going to edit out Chris Benoit's matches on future event re-releases! Its not right what he did, but that doesn't mean other wrestlers should have to pay for his mistake! -
Live Free Or Die Hard (Die Hard 4) trailer
Lil' Bitch replied to Epic Reine's topic in Television & Film
I've been informed that the current DVD re-releases of Die Hard 1, 2, and 3 suck and that The Five Star Collection is the best DVD set to get of the Die Hard Trilogy. Although I'm assuming there will be an Ultimate Edition set once Die Hard 4 is released on DVD at the end of the year. -
I'm aware of that. He didn't die so I would have expected him to show up (and re-unite with Black-out) with the rest of the Deceptions when they form up to go after the All-Spark. Jesus Christ, its just a movie. Relax on the flaming. Everybody has their opinions.

Yeah. 619 left off at WM XIX. -
Blu-Ray is better quality, has more disc space to hold data, and has more support from studios (which means it will have more movies to be watched on its format) so I would go with Blu-Ray. However, I myself am only going for the bigger disc space so longer movies can fit on one disc rather than having to switch discs to watch the same damn movie (Kingdom of Heaven: Director's Cut for example). Blu-Ray will also be great for TV shows because they'll able to fit A LOT more episodes, hell maybe even an entire season on one disc!
