Darrell knows that once he leaves SNL, that's it for him. SNL knows that once Darrell leaves SNL, that's it for him. The guy obviously doesn't care that he's in one skit per show and has no interaction with the cast, and SNL feels he's valueable to them if they need a quick impression.
