What are the matches for Heat?

Considering Spielberg is Jewish and did it for free- I don't think Schindler's List was an attempt to win an Oscar at all. He wanted to tell an extroardinary (sp?) story that affected his own people.

Like the Terminal, Amistad, Catch Me If You Can, and Schindler's List? The Shakespeare in Love upset was in 1998. Spielberg did win best director that year

Edge divorced Val's sister a while ago and remarried

I made a $10 bet with my friend that Incredibles would do 65 million but he reneged on Friday since he was scared that I knew too much or something

The people who go to ROH shows are ROH fans. So you're argument is moot. Why did the ROH message board rave over SCS v. Not Prophecy from DBD Night 2? That was a BRAWL. Joe v. Briscoe was a bloody cage match- fans raved over that. And the first 6 man mayhem at Maryland did gets lot of good reviews.
-
thats what sucks about roh fans. they dont like variety. most of them seem to think technical wrestling or strong style is automaticly better than any other style. Then why do they love crazy brawls (with The Carnage Crew) and wild spotfests (like the scramble cages, 6 man mayhems)?
-
ROH had held a poll at their site asking fans if they wanted to see more superheavyweights and the fans overwhelmingly voted no. Yet they brought the fat fuck in anyway and he sucked. Iceberg sucks and I wouldn't want him to come back in ROH anyway.

i never said roh matches had no heat. my real issues with the fans attitudes. chants such as match of the year or please dont come back really piss me of. What is wrong with chanting Match of the Year? If anything that's a compliment to wrestlers who have busted their ass to make a great match for them. Everyone who has gotten a Don't Come Back chant (ICP, Konnan, Iceberg, Jeff Hardy) have all deserved it. You also said they're scared to get into the matches. Doesn't chanting Match of the Year mean they got into the match?

It's a shame it wasn't INXS or C-Bacon -
The discussion was revolving around Philly's fans and I brought up a ton of matches that had heat that you really can't refute. Plus your whole argument is retarded since the fact that you're wrong about matches having no heat. I can bring up tons of matches that had the crowd going crazy. London v. Xavier anyone?
-
You brought up a Philly fan (Philly's finest) and said ROH fans are afraid to get into matches. I gave you a bunch of matches in Philadelphia that proved that to be false and then the Cide v. Joe match you brought up was in Minnesota. Plus you haven't really presented a compelling argument and you post like you're mentally retarded. Go you.

Getting rid of the people who supported and kept Saddam in power will help make a stable democracy. Don't you get that?

Remember Verne- this is the fuckhead who thought Election Day was a bigger tragedy then 9.11

I don't understand that all. Toy Story is all about the animation and the story is pretty secondary. Woody being a bitch to Buzz got old real quickly and I had a hard time liking either character. Toy Story 2 made both characters much more likeable and instead of toys don't like each other- the story they came up with was brilliant and it actually did pose some interesting questions instead of: Hey toys- isn't Woody a bitch? Plus it has a great climax and the voice talent is improved with the additions of Kelsey Grammar and Wayne Knight. Just an incredible movie. Nemo is the same way but Nemo is more about the voice talent. Albert Brooks was perfect as neurotic Marvin and Ellen DeGeneres probably did the best voiceover performance I've seen since Robin Williams in Alladin. They also crafted the story so well that you generally cared for both Marvin and Nemo. You felt bad for Marvin because of his tragedy and really wanted him to find Nemo, even though he was kind of unlikeable. The movie always had Dory there to lighten the mood whenever it got a bit too sad. I love the false finishes at the end- once you think everyone is happy they give you one more jolt just to give you one last bit of suspense. The scene where Dory finally remembers Nemo's name is my favourite scene in Pixar history.

Everyone is saying Monsters Inc and I just want to know why.

I still am not getting the Monsters Inc love AT ALL. I just don't get what people see in it over Nemo or Toy Story 2. I like the movies being cute but that little girl was way over the top and just got annoying. The part of the movie where it got all sad and they were banished to the snow had no place in the movie as they couldn't pull off sadness. A Bug's Life I always thought had a great climax with the ants fighting the grasshoppers. I thought it was pretty violent and scary and I love how all the false hope that the ants keep having before they finally pull it off. Hopper's come-uppance is great

Go back to in house and do their own computer animation. After Home on the Range traditional animation is pretty much dead

Three kids' are sent to Count Orlaf (Jim Carrey) after their parents die. That's pretty much the plot. It looks AMAZING and I will try to see it opening day

I think they were just kidding. I've never really experienced any assholes at a show

No they don't. ROH fans are some of the nicest, friendliest people I've met. They're a joy to talk wrestling with.
