  1. I'm sorry. They were down 2-1 in the bottom of the 6th. Totally justified for jumping off the ship, what a true fan you are! I think people understood your side (some people are just stupid?) but it was still pretty lame and terrible. Go Cubs! Go White Sox! Wait herrrrrrrre come the Dodgers. Also, the one time I did mention your name was when you did one of your playing the victim posts about people jumping on you for liking two teams. I called you out for being a baby.
  2. No, not really. You still love two teams that have had a rivalry, and are two of the marquee franchises. It was that you liked two teams in every sport, and also had a Cubs and White Sox flag in your sig at one time, which, come on. And you quit on your team in the 6th inning in a tie game. I don't really have a problem with you not posting during the regular season, it was just funny that in the postseason you were like: Here comes the Dodgers! Which I've had no problem with, it's always good to have more hockey fans. I've taken shots at you based on your posts, yes. It's funny that you told me to "give it up" when you're the one who started it up again.
  3. They faced off in the 1991 NBA finals, and had a rivalry during that time and won 9 out of 11 NBA Titles during that span. You can't like both. The Leafs and Canucks have some common ground, but if they ever met in the Cup finals or became huge rivals, I'd probably have to choose. No, that wasn't my argument at all. I only like two teams in one sport, which happens to be my favourite and the one I'm obsessed about it. You like two teams in every sport, and it seems like you conveniently happened into pop into discussions about some teams during the playoffs. It does pertain to the discussion. You like two of the most storied NBA teams- it'd be like being a fan of the Cowboys and the Steelers, and if someone was, they should be punched in the mouth. Funny, given that you brought my name up!
  4. Not really. Chicago was just playing flat, and the Leafs got some good chances. The Devils thing was a youthful indiscretion, I haven't cared for them in forever. I remember the past two Cup runs, I just remember not caring about wins or losses. It was more because I hated the Rangers as a kid. We all do stupid things as a kid. They were playing the Canucks, you stupid fuck. No, I did, since you quit on your team in the 6th inning, which I would never do. In fact, my optimism toward all things my teams has caused me to get laughed at many times. You like the Bulls and the Lakers! Shut up! You suck so much. Or else! Disappointing loss tonight. I swear I've seen the Leafs blow more three goal leads than anyone. The strategy of "Let the Hawks get past the blue line because we'll just clear it" really doesn't work. Just a poor game. They do seem to get up more for Saturday games, and they also had four days off. And they still can't win!
  5. Well played.
  6. Everyone has said it's not kayfabe.
  7. It's amazing how one game has caused so much bitterness.
  8. Leena's horrible- I never got the appeal and thought it was funny how many people obsessed over anything she did because she was a woman.
  9. I can't believe he even got another coaching gig to begin with. You would think his stints in Portland and Golden State would've proven that he can't coach in the NBA
  10. I love that they're honouring Wendel, but it seems like every HNIC Leafs game starts so late because they're honouring something.
  11. How did Paul and Lenna get multiple chances to post here? A black mark on TSM's history for sure.
  12. I stand corrected
  13. I remember when the Pit first started, I mentioned it in some thread, and Slapnuts freaked out. And then he had Marney try to intimidate me over my mistake. Good times.
  14. What do you mean, you people?
  15. I disagree. He had just gone over Angle and was starting to get heat. The feud was hurt by Hogan's injury, but I think anytime Hogan wrestles, it's a big match. While the feud was rushed, I really enjoyed it. I loved Foley's heel work in 2006. Match placement isn't a huge barometre. You also had DX v. The McMahons and Batista's first shot at the belt.
  16. He was later seen walking off on his own, putting weight on it
  17. I was saying that I'm trying to breathe since I'm freaking over Luongo getting hurt. Looks like he was trying to do a butterfly and just tweaked something. Curtis Sanford FTW?
  18. Luongo just got hurt. Trying to breathe
  19. Hogan-Orton and the blowoff to Flair-Foley are fairly big matches I'd say.
  20. Not at all. Summerslam's had big matches the past few years.
  21. http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...8&hl=strike
  22. Oh man, this Nets v. Raps game.
  23. Oh man, that 2 Cold video. That's amazing
  24. Wait....what?
  25. He has something to prove this year, and he's been playing like a man possessed. That and Kyle Wellwood apparently learned how to score goals.
