Favorite movies of the year: Tie between Iron Man and The Dark Knight. Both I was greatly anticipating, and both blew me away. Favorite TV Show: I really don't watch much tv, and the tv I do watch is eitehr Food Network or MSNBC for hte most part. So I'm going to say Iron Chef.

See, I never even heard that part of the argument. I just assuemd Fow was being a dick by waiting to the last minute, insteaqd of WB being dicks by not working things out before hand.

I got some Christmas money tonight, so I'm going to pick up WaW tomorrow at Best Buy. This works put especially great seeing as my MW disk is so fucked up, I can barely get the game to start from the hard drive with it.

Fox obviously wants something. I just hope Warner caves and gives it to them so we can see this movie next year.

Having read Dark Reign and the most recent Uncanny X-Men, I have to say that Emma Frost is becomming one of the most compelling characters in the Marvel universe. Her very world is crumbling around her, her relationship with Scott is strained, she's guilty over not having saved Kitty, and she's being pulled into events taht wil, more likely than not, dictate the future of mutant kind, thanks to Norman. I'm also starting to like Tony Stark again, having read Worlds Most Wanted part 1. How long do you all think Norman will be in charge before he's ousted, do you think?

Ultimate Clone Saga actually made SENSE. The original was such a mess, as evidenced by the torrent I have for the Clone Saga.

Just saw this on Yahoo: It's sad taht she passed away, but I'm happy to hear she will still be the voice of the Enterprises' computer in the new movie. I also always loved the TNG episodes with Lwaxana (never saw the DS( eps).

Maybe they could find someone new for the role of Nightcrawler. I'd love to see a solo movie of him- along side Shadowcat, Kurt's been one of my all time favorites for years.

They didn't. It's the exact same DVD they released back in 04, I believe.

My roommate is currently trying to buy a house. I say trying, because he made an offer, and the seller accepted, and his bank is all ready to go- but their bank is refusing to close untill the deadline, 5 weeks after the offer was accepted. On top of that, the person handling the transaction just went on a weeks vacation. And guess who the bank is a subsidiary of? Fannie May.

Interesting note: I viewed the trailer on Marvel.com, and it was placed under a little blurb. In that blurb, they indicated that Emma Frost was in it (probably a cameo of her younger self; I spotted a young Storm as well). That could potentially set her up as a future villian.
