  1. so much for the knee injury...
  2. uh-oh. Jericho landed badly on that.
  3. Was Eugene channeling Piper there?
  4. I'm rooting for him. Waddya all think, Regal face or heel turn?
  5. Eugene signs! Nice counter!
  6. What I want to know is why she is living in HIS house, and he's in an apartment. Shouldn't that be the other way around? And why offer a settlement to your GIRLFRIEND? Just dump her and move on.
  7. I'd count Angle as among the LEAST reliable people, since when he is injured, he never informs the front office so he can keep wrestling. Then his injuries get worse, he goes of r a quick fix, comes back, and starts the process all over again. Kane was injured during 2002, but I suspect that he a sympathy injury due to Kevin Naash having the EXACT SAME INJURY I'd say Jericho, Rico, Tajiri, and Christian are up there. I'd almost say Big Show, since he was willng to work through his injuries, but that is just like Angle.
  8. That looked BRUTAL. I LOVED it.
  9. I love Rico's entrance.
  10. I had the same problem. I wanted to see a rus hour show of Punisher, and a late show of Van Helsing. But I couldn't becaus Van took up all of the screens.
  11. I'm pretty sure Drusilla is still "alive" and on the large. She came back for Spike, who was willing to kill her for Buffy, but she got free, bitch slapped Spike, and left. She is still out there, somewhere.
  12. My first thought upon seeing this movie: Van Helsing stole Undertakers' new hat! Seriously, I enjoyed League more than this, and my friend whom I went with was offended by it. I should have seen Punisher instead. And how did Anna survive numerous falls from unimaginable heights, being thrown through walls, doos, windows, floors, etc, bitch-slapped by the brides, only to die from a spear into a couch? The hell?! Thumbs WAY down.
  13. Also, who hated that they pimped the return of Darla and Dru, but we got, what, one scene with them? What a rip.
  14. with any luck, I'll be seeing BOTH Punisher and Van Helsing tomorrow. And being a former critic, never listen to them. They are biased and most times a persons personal preferences will be vastly different than th critics
  15. Whoa, The Dames is back. I used to watch Friends back in the day, in fact I chose it over Boy Scouts when my troop degenerated into a bunch of ot heads sitting around and doing nothing all night. But I agree with (most) of the people on this board- Friends ceased to be funny years ago, and I'm glad it's gone. Oh, and NaturalBornThriller, I agree with you. Seinfeld is overrated tripe, in my opinion.
  16. The first one is good, if you can get past the wierd Star Trek-like explanation of the Multiverse theory. The others haven't been released.
  17. Screw that stuff. You cna find all of the pics of the Divas online, probably somebody ripped the DVD, so you can find the video portion online... Why bother buying it?
  18. ANY form of censorship is bad. Let it be released and let the people decide what they think about it.
  19. After about two seconds of listening to her, I left the room to get something to eat. I repeated this process everytime she came on.
  20. Wow, 92 pages. Think we'll break 100 before the final episode? Slightly OT, but I just read book 1 of the Wicked Wilow series of books, where we get an alternate version of the end of season 6- what if Willow hadn't been saved? What if she stayed dark, but didn't try to destroy the world? Anyways, I was wondering. They had decided to have Willow be the big bad for the season, that much was certain. But it only lasted for three episodes, really. On one hand, it could only last briefly- Warren had to get to the point where he didn't mind killing somebody, Tara had to die (Willow wouldn;t have gone dark if she hadn't died). Buffy spent the whole season foiling the Troika's plans to the extent that Warren wanted to get rid of her anyway possible. And thus Dark Willow was born. That being said, how would you have booked Willow going evil?
  21. This show was ok, but not great. And it should have happened earlier in the season, not when they are building up to THE Apocalypse, like Mole said. That being said, the Spike and Angel stuff was just ok. The stuff with Wes, Fred/Ilyra and her parents, and Andrew, of all the people, were great. Especially Andrew, I am shcoked to say. They showed hpw his character grew from the last time he appeared, and it was a wonderfull transformation. Kudos to the writers. This episode would have been much better if they had been able to get SMG, or even Michelle (which was the original plan, untill scheduling conflicts arose). And they shouldn't have focused an episode around Buffy if hey couldn't get the actress. Which I found somewhat amazing, as Joss has shown an ability to get any past actor to appear on any episode, even for a few moments (See the First's dialoge to Spike in 'Lessons'" Oh well, two to go (no pun intended). The last two eps should blow us away.
  22. It's amazing...Andrew wasn't annoying this time around... And he just redeemed himself by walking out with two hot chicks. Andrew's the man.
  23. Umm....when did Jon Kent become a Whitelighter?
  24. Ok, FInally got to see the outtakes- some good stuff, including the EXTENDED Troika "We are as Gods" deal from Storyteller. Good stuff.
