Earlier in the feud i sarcastically said it would lead to a Jericho/Christian vs. Lita/Trish tag match, i guess i underestimated the WWE's ability to do dumb things, i'll be sure to not make that mistake in the future.

Hogan/TNA deal hinging on Hart getting ownership
Cuban Linx replied to OldSchoolWrestling's topic in TNA Wrestling
No good will come of Hart & Hogan getting any substantial control/ownership of TNA. No good at all. -
It'll probably be Shaniqua or something next, not someone any one would actually want to see.

Those aren't close-ups, he's just that damn fat it looks like it.

Dammit, i really wanted to see some new losing streak records set.
-
Never heard of him, though considering the WWE usually gives developmental contracts to the likes of Kenzo Suzuki and Horshu, i don't have high hopes.
-
No big loss, I don't have a great desire to see a twig naked anyway.

Eddy can recover after this Chavo mess is finished, but by the time he does the WWE will have wasted pretty much a year of opportunity to push Guerrero to the top. And given the WWE's track record, if Eddy once again becames hugely over there's no guarentees they wouldn't mess up again anyway. They may never have a better opportunity to push Eddy to the moon than they had these last few months.

Evidently he had "flu-like symptoms" in the 2nd half that kept him out. 133 points, only Kobe and his 23% shooting holding me back. You'd think if you were shooting that bad you'd eventually stop throwing up the fucking ball, especially when you have Payton, Malone and Shaq to pass to. I'm just glad this last week is over, time to start anew, hopefully with no 39 VGM games this week. 12/9: PG- Stephon Marbury SG- Vince Carter SF- Shareef Abdur-Rahim PF- Kenyon Martin C- Brad Miller Coach- Phil Jackson Probably the first time i haven't had at least one of Garnett & Randolph when they've been available.

I really wanted Michael Redd too, i knew he'd blow up big this year. I was very close to taking him in round 3, but hoped he'd last until my 4th round pick. That didn't happen, and i'm stuck with a one-legged Stackhouse instead. And i crawled back a little in my matchup, but still lose 3-5. Just 2 more blocks and 3 more 3-pointers would have given me the narrow victory, the sort of numbers i missed out on with Tim Thomas' sprained ankle. Oh well, hopefully my luck improves up against the last place team Crimson Storm.

Of course i drafted Bosh, but dropped him for Stromile fucking Swift because i needed help at Center. Boy, that sure worked out, what with Swift getting benched and Bosh putting up good numbers, later becoming center-eligible himself. If i hadn't managed to pick up Nene and Camby i'd feel like stabbing myself in the face for letting him go.

Being an Australian with very minimal knowledge of college football alot of these will be guesses, but what the hell. December 16 New Orleans: North Texas vs. Memphis 6 pts. No more Nash, no more Nathan Jones, if only this was the start of a trend of getting rid of the crap from the roster.
-
Ravens, Buccaneers & Chargers give me 3 or the 4 differing picks correct, making me the second person to reach 10 wins. 10-4, and surely i'm close to clinching a playoff spot by now, if not the division win.
-
Again Abdur-Rahim does great when i pick him, averaging 34.2 VGM's for me, however my opposite trend with Baron Davis continues. Every time i pick him he has the shittiest FG% and it's killing me. 117 VGM's, enough to move up a whopping 3 places worldwide. 12/8: PG- Stephon Marbury (Baron and his crap shooting can fuck off) SG- Michael Redd SF- Shawn Marion PF- Tim Duncan C- Jamaal Magloire (any day when Greg fucking Ostertag has the highest average VGM's out of available players scares me) Coach- Tim Floyd

23 losses is the record for one season, 24's the record if you count going across two seasons. I really hope Orlando can break the consecutive losses streak, i always enjoy teams achieving new levels of mediocrity. The record for consecutive home losses isn't far off either, so if the Magic have to win, let it be on the road.
-
So i need the Ravens, Chargers, Seahawks and Bucs to win. Ugh, i'm reasonably confident most of them should win, but they aren't exactly the teams i'd want to be placing my chances of victory on.
-
Looks like i'll end up falling just short of victory again. Alfdogg will likely increase his lead heading into tomorrow, and while Garnett should continue to cement himself as god against the Clippers, up against the demi-gods of Jermaine O'Neal and Zach Randolph it probably won't be enough. Stackhouse, Tim Thomas and Glenn Robinson's returns continuing to be pushed back a little bit all the time isn't exactly helping things either, until i can get them back i'll be stuck in good-but-not-good enough territory.

Kurt Warner returns as Quarterback of the St. Louis Rams and leads them back to the superbowl.

I like it more than most shirts the WWE puts out, though that's not saying very much.

12/5 SWF "Lockdown" HOLT Report
Cuban Linx replied to Mr. S£im Citrus's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Sad to see that the X-Mas PPV looks to be the end of both Taylor and Strangler, but in a 'Hell In A Cell' match they'll certainly finish off a fantastic feud with an out-of-this-world match, which i'm very much looking forward to reading. And unless you had another tag match against Spider & Thoth, you beat them while carrying my worthless ass, which makes it all the more impressive. Mak & Thugg in an 'I Quit' match should also rule, hopefully it doesn't end with another HVT broken neck like his last I Quit match did.
