The toughest battle in the AL West right now seems to be between Francisco Cordero and Eddie Guardado to see who can pitch themselves out of a job the fastest. After tonight Cordero is probably winning, it's a good thing Texas has their offense, carrying them to 9 wins from their last 12 games despite the team being only 3 from 9 in save situations. Mench in particular has been on fire since returning from injury, hitting .450 with 5 Homeruns and 14 RBI's in his last 5 games. Who would of thought changing your shoes by 1/2 a size could make such a difference.

I say no for one-man tag teams, even though if it were allowed i'd probably consider doing it. For House rules, either a separate title or a non-title thing would be my choice. Leave actual hardcore for the hardcore belt, though i don't know if there's a big enough roster and enough demand for two separate divisions right now.

God bless Morgan Ensberg and Pedro Martinez, the rest of my team is garbage that should probably be in last place but those two have me 7th and on the way to winning this weeks matchup as well. I fear what will happen when either of them go cold/get injured though.

I went with Axis and a two-man team, but don't particularly care who the final choice is. Even though he'll win i'd rather it not be Cyclone Comet but that's purely because i can't write him even remotely well, but then i never actually write anything anyway so i suppose it doesn't matter.

The two that immediately came to mind have both been mentioned, HHH/HBK just dragged on for an eternity and just got worse and more prolonged as it went along. The other is Regal/Edge which was never any good at all to begin with, absolutely zero chemistry between the two and inexplicably went on for something like 4 straight PPV's.

In somebody's avatar here they used to have a clip of CM Punk from some IWA Mid-South match, looked to be from around 2001-2002, where he gets Release German Suplexed directly on the top of his head and actually bounced from the impact in 'RVD taking a Piledriver' fashion. As far as pure 'guy landing on his skull' spots it would have to be right near the top of the list. In similar fashion on another board someone had a clip of Vader taking a TD '91 from Misawa from i assume 2000, which is extra nasty considering that's ALOT of weight coming down on Vader's head/neck.
